  Easy installation! Look great!

  They are sturdy and durable, easy to install, and can firmly fix all the lamps. They make the garden look neat and beautiful, and the quality fully meets my expectations. I am very satisfied with this set of outdoor string light poles. Even on windy days, the lamp posts can firmly hold my string lights.   Exactly as expected

  These worked exactly as expected! They were easy to assemble, feel sturdy once installed, and have held up my outdoor string lights without bending or leaning. I especially like that they come with both ground stakes and fence clamps, which gives you flexibility depending on your setup. They made my backyard look so much more polished and cozy.   Terrible quality

  Planning for an outdoor graduation party, I bought a couple of fancy (and expensive) new sets of outdoor string lights intending to leave up afterward and use for the summer/future. I purchased these poles after reading an obnoxious number of reviews for a ridiculous number of similar items, expecting little to no issues. Three of these broke (or bent to he!l) before making it into the ground and two only stayed up thanks to the giant concrete landscaping blocks stolen from the literal landscaping in a desperate attempt to hang a strand of lights for the party. The amount of time spent trying to fix, set my entire morning back and the domino effect was unpleasant. Clearly I should not have waited until day of to use but the stormy & windy days preceding seemed like a bigger risk than these being a garbage product that wouldn’t actually work. After the party my hubby threw them in our junk pile and I was happy to have forgotten about them until just a moment ago, which is a couple days too late to reach out to the company. So here I am to complain and hope I can save someone else the hassle. Can’t bring myself to highlight any positives- they genuinely were not worth trouble and threw such a giant wrench in such an important day.Ver másVer menos

  Mid at best

  Just received them today. They're easy to assemble but that's about it. They're quite thin and bends under weight of the outdoor hanging lights. I used a rubber mallet to help stake them to the ground--the weld spot from the spike tore away. I think they'll last a season.Ver másVer menos

  Collapsed on us, poor quality - but solid customer support

  The first pole that attaches to the base failed on us and collapsed over our heads. The lights weren’t pulled tight and they’re lightweight. After taking it apart, I noticed the part inside the pole with the screw hole was only welded on one side. Very poor quality.UPDATE: After posting my review, the company reached out directly and offered to replace or refund. I went with a refund as I had already found an alternate product before the reached out. But, I've revised my review rating to reflect the company's prompt and generous customer service.It's disappointing that Amazon didn't offer the option to contact the company when I originally selected the return or replace option.Ver másVer menos
