It works well
It’s a nice microwave. Easy to use. Functional. Smaller size. Color is good. We got this as a back up microwave when our main ones break, until we get another big one. Usually you have to wait a few days when you order stuff. And that’s not an option to wait. So we got this one. We ended up using it several times for breakfast, lunch and dinner to heat up food and water. So I feel we got our money’s worth already. It works! But we just want bigger microwaves in our house to use on a regular basis everyday. Something 1000 watts or more. We got 1200 watts this time and we’re trying a combination microwave/oven/air fryer. And it’s really good for us. Recommend!Ver másVer menos

Simple and Easy to Use, with Some Minor Issues Over Time
This microwave is easy to use and works well for basic everyday heating. The controls are simple and straightforward, and it gets the job done without any complicated settings. However, after a few months of use, the door button started to feel less responsive and requires more effort to open. The defrost function is also not very effective and doesn’t always thaw food evenly.Overall, it is a good value for the price and works fine for basic needs, but there is still room for improvement in durability and performance features.Ver másVer menos

Easy-to-Use Microwave
The BLACK+DECKER Digital Microwave Oven is easy to use with a clear digital display and a convenient push-button door. The turntable ensures even heating, and the child safety lock adds extra peace of mind. It heats food quickly and reliably, making it great for everyday cooking. The compact design fits well in most kitchens. One thing I’m not used to is that the interior light is quite dim when the door is opened.Ver másVer menos

It’s loud
I have to say, I’m getting used to it, but it’s loud. I also didn’t care for the child lock on it, but it can be disabled, and will need to be disabled should there be a power interruption. It heats well enough, hard for me to compare because my last one was 1100 ways, this guy is 1000 so you lose a little power. All in all, it’s a decent microphone for the price. I can’t speak to the longevity as of yet, but I hope it does well there.05/10/25This microwave has been awful from the beginning. It heats inconsistently. You’ll warm a cup of room temp coffee one time and it will take a minute, the ext time it will be a minute and a half. I’ve been dealing with this since purchase, but today the door aluminum shell) fell off. I was doing dishes and heard a noise, and the door cover was on the floor. I called the number of the manufacturer given here on Amazon, only to be told it was the wrong number. They gave me another number, and I called. The fellow took my information and told me to expect an email. The email requested the normal proofs of purchase, a photo of the door off and the serial number. I did a screenshot of the invoice on Amazon and sent it off. Within 10 minutes I got an email saying that the screenshot didn’t show the total price with taxes. So I went back to Amazon and did a copy paste of the invoice, which shows everything. Got another email stating they could not accept this. So I have spent numerous hours trying to get a PDF of the invoice from Amazon. I have had (unfortunately) to do this one other time, but I’m not enjoying the repeated calls, long wait times and in my opinion, Amazon is not as customer friendly as it used to be. Caveat Emptor.Ver másVer menos

Reliable, Sleek, and Easy to Use
I've been using this BLACK+DECKER microwave for a few months now, and it's been a great upgrade. The 1.4 cu. ft. size is perfect for reheating large plates and even cooking small meals. The stainless steel finish looks great, and it fits nicely on the counter without taking up too much space.Pros:Simple digital controls and one-touch presets make it very user-friendly.Turntable heats food evenly, no cold spots.Quiet operation, which I appreciate.Minor Note:The push-button door works fine, but you do need to press it firmly.Solid, well-made microwave with all the key features you need. Great for daily use in any kitchen.Ver másVer menos
