  Sprayers do not work well, scents are so so....

  Update: Kitsch reached out to me after I posted this review. Let me tell you they have great customer service! I am now satisfied and do not regret this purchase as it kept me from buying a full bottle of one of their scents. I was disappointed in these scents so I will move on to other products as they do have excellent ones that I have already used. Thank you Kitsch. (changed from 1 star to 3 because I didn't like the scents as they don’t work for me)The idea of samples is perfect before buying a bigger bottle of a scent that you have never tried. I’m glad l tried these first!!! They smell like candles at best. One is really horrible. I love other Kitsch products but these scents are bad.Also the small spray nozzle is very hard to handle. At first l thought they were defective but you have to push it alllll the way down to get it to spray and the size makes it very difficult.Ver másVer menos

  Nice, but buy a full size one instead

  I got this tester kit to get an idea of the actual scents in this range because I couldn’t decide. Turns out, they’re all nice scents and I would’ve been safe to buy any one of them full size.Which is what I recommend you do - the mini sprays are nearly impossible to spray properly, at least one spray piece immediately didn’t work, and the amount you get is a serious bummer compared to what would be in a full bottle.I found the scents nice, not too heavy - although if you’re scent sensitive I could see them being a bit much and maybe a little headachy. But I did find that the scents last a fair while, I can usually catch a whiff of the scent later in the day.What I like about these hair perfumes is that they aren’t oil based, which is really hard to find. I have low porosity hair, so even one drop too much oil can totally cancel out my whole hair wash.Overall, good product - but buy a full size one, none of the scents are unpleasant.Ver másVer menos

  Super Tiny Sample Size

  These tiny perfumes smell great, but are ridiculously small, and hard to spray. They are similar to free sample sizes that you'd get at a perfume counter. Not worth the price, and not returnable.

  Sprayers don’t work

  I really love Kitsch products, but unfortunately, these perfume sprays were a miss for me. The sprayers are practically unusable. They leak and you lose half the product just trying to get some out. You can’t even screw off the top to put them in a different bottle to spray. The scents are good, but they don’t last long. Within five minutes I have to actually press my nose against my skin or hair to smell anything. Disappointing, especially since Kitsch products are not cheap.Edit: the company reached out to me. I was really surprised. Somebody personally reached out and apologized that I didn’t like how these perfume sprayers worked and offered me a full refund. The perfumes themselves smell great. I do believe that the sprayers should be revamped. But the company customer service cannot be beaten. I went to their website and ordered the larger versions of the hair perfumes, and they spray great with incredible smell.   I am amending my review as the customer service rep reached out to me and resolved my issue before I even reached out to them. I am very pleased at how easily and quickly they reached out to me and resolved the issue without me even asking. Exceptional service!Previous review was 2 stars with the following review. With the wonderful customer service, I am changing to 5 stars.“Well, the bottles are tiny and don’t spray! I have managed to smell one of the perfumes when the top flew off and I had to replace the tiny pen spring. I am very disappointed that they aren’t spraying. I knew they would be small….to be fair I was trying to decide between the 3 scent package and the four scent. I wanted to pick a scent before I ordered a full size bottle. I figured I could have more scents to choose from, but unless I oull the top off I can’t smell any of them and there is no good way to get the scent on my hair.”Ver másVer menos
