Good shaker for me. I have a larger bottle that I don't use anymore. The smaller bottle is easier to pack in my bag, but mostly is the correct size for mixing my protein powders.

only giving it 4 stars because the lid is super tough to snap shut. So sometimes I think it's shut and it's not 'snapped' on all the way.
