Love JBL quality products
I finally opened these out of the pack and used them a couple nights ago, and I walked the dog with them and they didn’t fall out at all so I feel pretty confident about using them in the future. I love Harrman kardon/JBL products ——sound quality is really good and the noise canceling is working already so that’s a plus.Ver másVer menos

Seems good. I wish i didnt have to use an app for them but its fine. App is easy to work. They sound good. Good bass audio is clear. Can make a phone call and it sounds like im holding my phone to my head

What happened JBL??
I bought these after losing my original JBL earbuds that I purchased back in 2022. The old ones were great: amazing sound, good fit in the ear, easy to operate. These new ones sound absolutely terrible. The volume level is so low, there is almost no bass, and the overall sound quality matches that of cheap/free headphones you get on airlines. They do not fit well, and with the removal of the physical button are not as user friendly. Every time I go to adjust them in the ear (since they slip out easy) I end up hitting the pause button. Unfortunately I won't be purchasing another JBL product after this experience.Ver másVer menos

Great earbuds — returned only because of the color
These earbuds actually worked really well. The sound quality was solid with nice bass, and I was impressed with how clear calls sounded. The noise cancelling and ambient modes both worked as expected, and they were comfortable to wear for longer periods.Battery life was also a big plus — I didn’t have to worry about charging them constantly, and the case held a lot of extra power. They paired easily and stayed connected without issues.The only reason I ended up returning them was purely personal: I just didn’t love the blue color once I saw it in person. Performance-wise, there was nothing wrong with them at all.If you like the color options and are looking for reliable wireless earbuds with good sound, battery life, and call quality, these are a great choice. I’d absolutely consider reordering them in a different color.Ver másVer menos

Surprisingly good buy
These work very well. Sounds good for music and noise cancellation. Good buy for the price.

I’d Return them if a better earbud for the price were available
I bought these as a reluctant alternative to the sports earbuds I lost that are no longer in production. So I am comparing them to those and am not impressed. The sound quality is good, however the noise canceling is not that strong. I can hear basic house noises when wearing them in noise cancellation mode, so I’m not that impressed. They’re also a weird shape that doesn’t fit snuggly into the ears, so they always feel loose, probably hindering the noise canceling. The tap feature is also at the top of the earbud, which is where you’d touch to readjust when loose, so I often end up pausing or changing sound modes unintentionally due to the location.I I’ll say the battery life is remarkable long. I’ve left the buds on and connected through the night multiple nights in a row and still had 70% battery, so that’s impressive SoVer másVer menos
