Great addition to my prenatal vitamins
I’m pregnant and wanted to add some extra choline since I don’t always get enough from my diet. I like that this one is 300 mg per capsule, so it’s easy to add to my daily routine. The capsules are easy for me to take and I haven’t had any issues with them. The bottle also comes with 100 capsules which is nice for the price. So far I’m happy with it and would buy it again.Ver másVer menos

Buy for your Pregnancy!
Bought these for my pregnancy so I could make sure I was getting enough every day. I’m so happy I found this brand! It’s affordable, full of safe ingredients, the capsules aren’t too big and have no awful smell or taste. I highly recommend these!!

My doctor approves and my pregnancy is supported
I’ve been using this as an additional supplement during my pregnancy over the last 5 months to get more liver and brain support. I like it a lot! I showed my doctor and she approved as well. I’ve also noticed my hair falling out less when I take it.The pills themselves are large, so if you have trouble swallowing pills, you will struggle with these. They have no taste or odor from what I can tell.I take 2-3 a day depending on if I eat eggs for breakfast, I aim for 900mg a day. And it has not effected my digestive system at all or caused any problems.Ver másVer menos

Choline
This supplement definitely helps to stave the unnecessary fat off your liver. I have definitely felt healthier she nice I've used it. I don't know it's a placebo affect because I did start to work out and eat a little more healthier my stomach is not as big as it used to be since I started taking Choline. Before when it was big, it seemed liekbit was so hard to lose weight especially in the midsection.. .even with excercise. But I really do feel that it helped with something in my body especially the tummy fat since taking itVer másVer menos

Exactly What She Wanted
I purchased these for my daughter-in-law at her request for after giving birth. She specifically asked for this particular choline supplement, so I ordered them for her. She had done substantial research, and they were what she expected. They arrived well packaged and in good condition, and the bottle contains 100 capsules, which is a nice amount. She was very happy with them and said they were exactly what she wanted.I can’t speak to the results personally since I purchased them for her, but she was pleased with the product and that’s what matters to me. I will definitely purchase these again for her if she asks for them.Ver másVer menos
