Very Impressive Features and Responsive Support!
I recently purchased the NEWORK NewBoard 65E for my workspace and I'm very impressed with what this smart board offers for the price.What I Love:The 4K display is crisp and bright with excellent viewing angles. The 50-point touch capability makes collaborative work seamless, multiple people can write and interact simultaneously without any lag. Running Android 14 with Google EDLA certification means I have full access to the Play Store and apps like Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams work flawlessly.Setup was straightforward, and the wireless screen casting (EShare) works great for presenting from my laptop. The built-in speakers are surprisingly powerful for a display this thin.Customer Service Experience:I ran into a compatibility issue trying to connect an external USB webcam (OBSBOT Tiny 2 Lite). The camera wasn't being fully recognized by the system initially. I reached out to NEWORK support and was genuinely impressed... they responded quickly and provided helpful, knowledgeable troubleshooting steps. They were familiar with the camera model and guided me through testing different USB ports and apps until we got it working.It's rare to find this level of customer support, especially for a newer brand. Knowing they stand behind their product gives me confidence in this purchase.Bottom Line:If you're looking for an affordable interactive display for your classroom, office, or home, the NewBoard 65E delivers excellent value.
