Really good computer

Don’t do it
I’ve been with Dell for 25 years die hard. Before I bought this machine I had 2 separate people tell me that Lenovo is the way to go. All was great with this laptop until the mousepad started getting less sensitive. Whatever, I prefer hooking up a mouse anyway. What I didn’t know is that evidently this laptop isn’t meant to be opened and closed. At 8 months a hinge bent, damaging the screen. I’ve got 4 months of warranty so I’m good, right? Nope. Hinges are not considered part of standard warranty equipment. The customer service guy says this is the model he has and he never closes his. Where does that leave me? Buying an upgraded warranty but I can’t make a claim for the first 30 days of having said warranty. As we are finishing the call, customer support gave me a “hint”. He said “don’t try to make this claim for 35 days just yo endure the warranty really has taken effect “. Back to Dell for me and my familyVer másVer menos

Rocksolid laptop with best performance
One of the best and rock solid laptop money can by high price/performance ratio, Just little heavy to carry other than that there is nothing to complain. I am waiting to by one more with 32GB and 4TB NVME configuration.Not to mention Customer support is best call does not go to India,Ver másVer menos

Not worth the money
A waste of my money. The laptop was requiring me to recover it a couple times a day. It kept freezing, mouse was not responsive etc. Don't buy!

A powerful laptop for a budget price
I thought this recently looking for something to do my daily tasks with emails and bills. I also wanted something that could play some AAA games but wouldn’t break the bank. The Ryzen 7 8845Hs in this laptop runs the few games I still play at a nice 60fps and above at 1080p on high settings. The touch screen is nice, works well. The speakers are lacking a bit but it’s not a deal breaker for me. The laptop is aluminum so a tad heavier but at the same time it should be very durable over time. I also love the fingerprint scanner for fast login, it’s great. It’s a great laptop and well worth the moneyVer másVer menos
