Pleasantly surprised with the picture quality and software!
The setup was a breeze; I had it up and running in under 10 minutes. Wi-Fi connected instantly, and the built-in apps (including live TV support) eliminate the need for extra dongles—I just opened Netflix and started watching.The picture quality is outstanding for the price.I usually use it in my garage gym and last night’s Netflix movie popped with vibrant colors and sharp details. This does exactly what I want it to do!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I chose this projector in particular because of the glowing reviews. At the time of purchase, it was around a 4.6 star rating, which was pretty high when I put in the search filter for good reviews. And honestly, now that I've actually used it, I can see why it has a high rating.Brightness:It's super bright at night/dark conditions and you can see everything on the screen (or in my case, the wall) clearly. However, I found that when I tried using this in anything brighter like the daytime or even late afternoon, I found that it wasn't as clear and was quite dim, but this wasn't a huge deal breaker for me since I wanted to use this in my movie room which was super dark anyway.Bluetooth connectivity:The bluetooth connectivity is okay, but I prefer hardwire over anything wireless. I connected the included speaker using the aux port and if you had a sound system or your own speaker you can connect it too using bluetooth or an aux/headphone jack cable. But one caveat for me though is that you have to power on the included speaker as well as the projector in order for it to start playing sound out of the speaker. I do find this a bit inconvenient, but it's not that big of a deal.Size:I like how small it is compared to other projectors I've seen. It packs a punch for it's size and I truly wasn't expecting something as small as this to be bright and clear for my huge wall that I wanted it to display on. It outperformed my expectations by a landslide because it was able to cover my roughly 200in wall with the content that I wanted to play.Quality:It's quality is what you would expect for it's small size and form factor. Plastic all around it, while its not that extremely cheap china plastic, it doesn't feel rigid and I'm afraid that if I drop this, the entire thing may break, so you do have to be careful. Other than that it is greaty quality and has lasted me a good handful of times of it being constantly on wacthing YouTube and Netflix movies.Functionality:This projector functions great for what i wanted it to do. Watch movies and videos on it. I like how it allows you to download apps on its app store which gives me freedom in what I want to install on there. There's also the option to add Plex on there if any home server nerds was interetested in this projector. The speaker can be loud and clear enough to drown out the noise of the projector fan which I do find the fan to be a nuance if you aren't listening to anything or just have the projector on idle.Ver másVer menos

Excellent Projector With a Somewhat Problematical Remote Control
Pros; Very nice projector with excellent picture quality.Con; Remote control needs improvement. Button used to make selections is imprecise and getting it to make the selection desired is a challenge. It took me 15 minutes to enter my password for setup because it often recognized different characters than I intended to select. In using it, it often takes several tries to get the desired selection. Given this I cannot give 5 stars. Otherwise an excellent projector.Ver másVer menos

Decent Compact Projector Overall
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I picked this projector mainly for the ability to watch Netflix and the fact it came with an external Bluetooth speaker, which helped me put the sound above my projector screen. Compactness:Projector has a smaller footprint, meaning it can work great in a tight space. I have to project from a night stand and its just the right size. Projector quality:The picture quality is great and you can really dial it in. Big projector screen or small, it allows you to adapt to your room's specific constraints. My projector was a decent distance away, which made the projector area over 100 inches. Fortunately the projector allowed me to zoom and I could see image clearly on the area. Functionality:User interface is simple and straightforward to use. My only complaint is that Google TV was not built in. But thats not the end of the world, as it had an HDMI input I could use. Brightness:Picture was bright enough for me, although I'm using it in a darker room. Value for money:Overall this decent compact projector is a good reliable unit, with overall good picture quality and an easy to use interface.Ver másVer menos

Budget projector
Built in app is ok, picture quality is ok but alittle better in a darker room, brightness ansi lumen is not 1500 so false advertisement nothing close to what they said on the description. What I love most about it, is just the fan noise, Its probably one of the quietest fan on a projector that I heard but for sure this projector should only be a $100 dollar projector.Ver másVer menos

Very nice!
I found this easy to use. In fact one of the pictures is taken within 10 minutes of opening the box, with no prior experience with a projector. It was displayed on my living room ceiling without closing the blinds. I'm impressed!It comes with a power cable, HDMI cable, remote, and of course instructions. The projector itself has a kickstand and a filter that is easy to remove/clean. It's a compact unit that will store just about anywhere. A real bonus is that the remote isn't so finicky that you struggle to get it to work. I didn't even have to point out at the projector.Ver másVer menos
