Lightweight and comfortable
Great hat. Fits good, gives plenty of shade with the large brim, and is really light weight and breathable. I have been puting it to good use this summer. The pony tail hole is also a great feature, and I like that it's just a slit, and not a big round opening.Ver másVer menos

Great sun protection for face & neck
I need a large hat and this one fits me, perfectly. The brim is wide enough for total protection of face and neck. I do not care for hats with extra wide brims, so this is just right for me. I love the lightweight fabric and 2 large air vents. Keeps your head cool while giving full coverage sun protection. There is a drawstring inside the rim of the hat if you need a smaller fit. The neck strap is attached in a position that does not get in the way, at all. It hangs loosely out of the way, ready to tighten if the wind kicks up. I like the snap up sides, for a different look once in a while.All stitching & seams are done well and look professional. Great quality. Great price. Hat rolls up and easily fits in your average sized bag. Bounces right back into shape and you can easily smooth out any wrinkles with your hand.I would definitely buy this hat again.Ver másVer menos

My UV Test Cards Approve
I purchased this hat because I woke up one morning and discovered that aging had apparently started without my permission. One day it was smooth skin, the next day it was fine lines, mysterious spots, and me standing in front of the mirror wondering if better lighting would somehow fix everything.After spending way too much time researching skincare products that promise to make you look 10 years younger (spoiler: they don't), I realized the first step isn't expensive creams, it's staying out of the sun. That's what led me to this hat. I specifically chose it because the color is neutral enough to go with pretty much everything, and the UPF 80+ rating sounded impressive.I'm one of those people who likes proof, and I actually wanted to verify that it had SPF protection so I bought a UV detection cards for about $1 to test the fabric. I'm happy to report the hat passed with flying colors. The fabric completely blocked the UV exposure under the brim. It wasn't "mostly blocked" or "kind of blocked." The cards showed full protection under the covered area, which gave me a lot more confidence that the hat is actually doing what it claims. The wide brim provides great coverage for my face, and the ponytail opening is a feature I use constantly. I almost always wear my hair up when walking or hiking, and it was nice not having to choose between wearing a hat and wearing a ponytail.One thing to know- the opening works best with a low ponytail. If you're a high-ponytail person, you'll probably need to adjust your hairstyle. For me, that wasn't a deal breaker. The hat is lightweight, comfortable, and easy to wear for extended periods without feeling bulky or overly hot. Most importantly, it gives me one less reason to worry about what the sun is doing to my face.Ver másVer menos

Excellent hat/excellent value
This is a high quality hat. Strong material, broad, protective brim, love the pony tail hole, generous size for my head. And it’s actually stylish! A great find. Worth the price.m (which isn’t particularly high).

Overall great hat
I struggle to find a hat I actually like. I am coming around to accepting middle age and that my skin doesn't accept the sun like it used to. This hat does a good job of keeping the sun off your face AND neck. As a bigger person sometimes it does one or the other, but this hat does both. It does fold nicely and easy to travel with. It still holds it shape after hanging out in my travel bag most of the week.Ver másVer menos

Great hat for out in the sun
Perfect hat for summertime. We started hiking a bit and I wanted a good hat for outdoors to keep the sun off my face. This hat is great, it’s got the nice brim all the way around and you can snap the sides up if you prefer. It’s stretchy and comfortable to wear. I like the overall shape and it fits nicely while staying in place. It has the hole in the back for a ponytail if you wear your hair up, and it has the drawstring pull to tighten the hat at the back around your head. It also has the drawstring strap that goes under your chin. It’s breathable and lightweight but still has UV protection from the sun. I love all the colors and had a hard time deciding, I may get more in some other colors I think. I am very pleased with this hat and highly recommend it.Ver másVer menos
