  My answer to constant dehydration 💦

  I've always had issues with dehydration. I haven't figured out why but I just never get thirsty, even when I'm severely dehydrated.The moment I found out this product existed I immediately bought it. The idea of gamifying my water intake and making it a "challenge" of sorts instantly intrigued me. Could this be the answer I've been looking for?? I can be quite competitive, even with myself - but the key is having a daily goal, seeing if I can beat it and bring able to track my progress over time.The BOOST Smart Water Bottle and app does exactly this - plus more - and has literally turned my dehydration around 180°!PROS:I've been using it for 3 months now on a near daily basis and have only charged it maybe 3 times?? It holds a charge for a long time - about one month of daily use.At first I calibrated my daily intake incorrectly at 100oz per day so I was constantly falling short (stretch goals are great, but not when you can't ever reach them lol). I reset it to 75 oz. per day recently and now I'm reaching my goal more consistently.I love that the bottle lights up according to the schedule I've set for it (every 30 minutes) and I can also have it send me phone notifications (although those don't seem to be as consistent). I can track my progress for the day, the month and the year - and the app is free - all in all a great value for the money for anyone struggling with dehydration!I love the design (I got the black one and decorated it with stickers since it's something I only hand wash anyways). Some of the stickers stay better than others. It's durable and a good weight and I love the little loop that makes it easy to carry around with me wherever I go.You'll want to get a special water bottle cleaning brush to be able to clean all the little nooks and crannys (especially within the lid). I just realized that the silicone seal actually lifts up for cleaning. Had I known this earlier I probably wouldn't be dealing with a buildup of mold that I'm now unable to scrub off no matter how hard I try.CONS:The only cons I've noticed are that the bottle can occasionally disconnect from Bluetooth and if you aren't checking the app on a somewhat regular basis you may lose days or weeks of data if you're trying to track progress over the long term. That could be user error though.Also, with the mold buildup around the seal I would love the ability to purchase replacement seals but I haven't found any specific to this brand/model. Also user error considering I didn't realize until now that the seal can be removed using the little silicone lip in order for regular cleaning.CONCLUSION:All in all this bottle combined with flavors I know I'll drink has been my secret weapon for staying hydrated (the Starburst strawberry drink mix is my daily go-to even though not the healthiest - it's better than being constantly dehydrated!!).I've noticed a difference in my energy, my skin elasticity, my wrinkles, my hair and my health / immune system in general.I tell everyone I know to get this bottle - so if you're on the fence - GET IT!   The First Hydration Product That Actually Worked for Me

  I honestly didn’t think a water bottle could make this much of a difference, but this has completely changed my daily water intake. I’m definitely drinking more water because the reminders actually work. If I’m falling behind on my hydration goal, my phone gives me a gentle chime, and if I don’t hear it or I’m away from my phone, the bottle itself lights up with a glowing ring that immediately catches my attention. It’s motivating without feeling annoying or overwhelming. The app is simple, clean, and very easy to use, and I really like being able to track my intake throughout the day and look back at my weekly and monthly progress. Pairing the bottle with Bluetooth was quick and painless, and the tracking has been very accurate for me. I was also impressed with the battery life — I went almost 3 weeks before needing to recharge it. On top of the smart features, the bottle itself feels high quality, keeps my water cold for hours. I’ve tried multiple ways to remind myself to drink more water, and this is honestly the first thing that has consistently worked. Best invention since sliced bread.   Dope water bottle

  Have nearly a week with this bottle and it’s amazing. Came nearly fully charged but charged it til 100% and paired it with the Water H app and I use it daily and take it to work. Now because of the bottle I get to drink more water which was an issue before. Never drank enough so this bottle was very much needed and it seems durable enough and the insulation definitely keeps my water cold for many hours. Love the 32oz size too it’s a good size for a bottle. I definitely recommend this one, so far so good.Ver másVer menos

  Best Smart Water Bottle

  This is a very well designed product. As far as smart water bottles go, I believe this is the best and I have tried several. In addition to the WaterH, I have used the Hidrate Spark Pro (1) and the Larq. Larq was not only the most expensive, but the least accurate. There's also a subscription fee. I used the Hidrate Spark Pro (1) for about 1.5 years. The Hidrate Spark Pro (1) appears to be accurate in tracking my water consumption, but I grew tired of having to use their proprietary charger. I considered buying the Spark Pro 2, but decided against it due to the connectivity issues that people have reported.The WaterH is a water bottle I did not expect to love as much as I do. The bottle charges via a USB cable so no need to mess around with proprietary charge cables. Additionally, there is a little screen on the front of the bottle that lets me know what percentage of my daily intake I have hit in real time and how much battery life I have left on my sensor. As best I can tell, this tracker also seems to be accurate in tracking how much I drink at a given time. The seals appear to work great as I've had no issues with leaks. I also like that this doesn't use a straw. I prefer to chug my water and this has an excellent open spout design that allows plenty of air to enter the bottle so you can easily chug the water.The app is great for what it is. It provides me a look at my water consumption over time and reminds me to take a drink from time. That's about all I think I would ask of a smart bottle app to do.Overall, I give this bottle a 5/5 relative and would definitely buy again.Ver másVer menos

  Great at helping you consistently drink water

  This is a great water bottle and decently accurate for the first couple weeks. I started having issues towards a month where the accuracy was off by almost 50%. At that point I tried about everything to re-sync it to the original accuracy with no avail. What it did great on was sending me frequent notifications and light up reminders reminding me to drink water.Ver másVer menos

  Well though out Smart Water Bottle with an app that is seamless!

  I do not normally write a 5/5 review, but when I needed to buy a new smart water bottle (after my prior smart water bottle attachment company went poof - gone), I was worried that the build and quality would not be as good.However, the water bottle is well-built. Steel Bottle with a cap that provides a good, non-leaking seal. Push the button, and the lid pops open, and the small screen lights up with a welcoming Hello! When you take a drink, there is no spillage from either the seal or the mouthpiece, so there is no leakage.The opening is large enough to fit medium-sized ice cubes. This is the larger bottle and is not that heavy, but won't dent if dropped.Setting up the smart app is easier using the provided QR Code. I am on an iPhone 17 and found that I had to turn off the Bluetooth, then turn it back on for it to recognize the bottle (but this may be an iPhone IOS issue).The app asks for your name, email, and password (or use your Apple or Google account). It asks for measurements (ounces vs millilitres, feet to metres, and pounds to kilograms), as well as temperature F or C). This is great for Canadians (me) or for internationals. They ask you for all of this, so entering your height and weight, age, etc., so that the algorithm can calculate the ideal water intake. Being a tall guy (with a little extra weight), I need 1,785 mL of daily water.No, this is where the smart functions really work. Even if the lid is off the bottle (as at night after washing the lid and bottle), I leave the cap off. In the morning, when I went to get my coffee, the LED lid light was flashing (to remind you to take a drink), or, for me, maybe saying "coffee bad, water good" lol!The LED light will remind you to take a drink at set intervals if you have not taken one (you can set this manually or use the smart feature). So, keeping the smart bottle on the corner of the desk, the blue LED light will catch your eye, telling you, " Hey, stop working and take a drink of aqua (water)!Another awesome feature is that you do not need to open the app (which updates as soon as you take a drink), instead, the small screen on the water lid shows a small body along with a changing percentage telling you what percentage of your total water intake you have completed. This is an awesome feature, as before, you know you are heading towards that daily water intake (which auto-resets at midnight each night).The app connects to Apple Health (and, I guess, the same applies to Android devices), bringing in all the water intake and other health data.Someone really thought this product through, from the physical design to the ease of use, LED reminder ring, small lid screen, and the app that gives you great information.Well worth the investment!
