Meet one of my good friends. This vitamin.
I started hrt pellets over a year ago, and once I did.. there went my hair.Coming out in literal clumps, I would shed all day long, huge amounts. Forget about when I washed it.. sooo much came out. Then, brushing it after I got out of the shower.. more clumps. I don’t know how I still had hair tbh.I was even on prescription hair loss medication that did absolutely nothing. I would dread even touching my hair, because it would just fall out.This stuff is expensive. No denying that. But, it works. It’s not an overnight miracle, really not even a 2 month miracle. It takes time to work. At least for me. I was going to give up after the second month, because I didn’t notice too much of a difference.. but I had it on autoship, and forgot to cancel, so I received another bottle and thought, might as well.Welll obviously after that 3rd month.. I’m hooked, and have to purchase this stuff on the regular now.I still shed, mainly on hair wash days after I get out of the shower, but it’s a “normal” amount now, NOTHING like it was before. It’s getting thicker, and there’s tons of little hairs coming in everywhere.I also think it might be helping my acne a little too. I went on vacation for a week and forgot to bring the vitamin with me (I was devastated when I realized I forgot it at home) and by the time I got back, my skin was broken out again.I haven’t noticed much as far as energy level goes, but maybe it’s helping with that too. Idk, but I’ll stay on it just for the hair benefit. It’s wild how much it’s helped. My eyelashes are even long again.The taste isn’t horrible. I used to mix it with a little juice, but now I don’t even do that anymore. I just take 1 tbsp straight and chase it with juice. It’s just really vitaminy (well aware that that’s not a word 🙃) tasting.It’s expensive , but worth it if you’re having hair loss from medications etc.This stuff isn’t going to restore your hair follicles if you’re balding, though. That’s a whole different story. But it will stimulate growth if you’ve got some shedding issues. 10/10 recommend. ✌🏻Ver másVer menos

Tasty Daily Hair Boost
I grabbed this liquid multivitamin for my wife, mainly for general health, and it has become a steady part of her daily routine. The bottle arrived well packed with the seal intact, and the label makes the dose and directions clear enough that she did not need to look at anything else. She measures it with the cap, takes it straight, and says the flavor is decent for a vitamin, a little fruity but not harsh. The texture is smooth, it goes down easily, and she has had no upset stomach or odd aftertaste, even when she takes it with a light breakfast. The hair and skin benefits were kind of a bonus at first, but with steady use, her hair looks fuller and healthier, which matters more as you get older. I like that it combines a full multivitamin with biotin and other hair support in one bottle, so she is not juggling a bunch of pills. The plastic bottle feels sturdy, and so far, we have not received one that leaked, though I do wish the markings on the side were easier to see on a dim counter. This is a smart wellness gift for someone in your life who cares about their hair and skin, since the branding and design look clean enough to hand over as is. Based on the seller's advertised price, I think the value is strong given the bottle's size and my wife's preference, so I even set up a subscription so she does not run out. Hello! This is the second time I've purchased this product. The first time was November 2025 and the second was March 2026. The first time I got the mango and the second time I got the dragon fruit. I personally enjoy the dragon fruit flavor more! I love the size and appearance of the bottles. They're easy to store in the fridge and aren't too slick to grip. They are gentle on my stomach and don't irritate it like some other vitamins I have to take with food (HERS). I feel like the liquid is an immediate absorption as I notice a slight highlighter color in my urine following my morning dose. There is no horrible odor or anything. Personally I have not noticed any changes in my energy levels taking this.WARNING: when you first start taking this, like the very very first time, be absolutely prepared for hair shedding! I'm not talking about 15 strands of hair, I'm talking about large amounts.. like scary amounts. My hair is 1A, very fine, thin strands. I usually have more oil in my scalp and my ends are more fragile to damage. With that being said, my hair grows relatively slow. Following my first bottle of this stuff, my hair shed so much I was actually so concerned and consulted HERS for a hair consult and got hair vitamins+ hair medicine. AND THEN it dawned on me, that my hair was restarting its growth cycle. I immediately went into shedding cycle. That being said, I purchased this again because I prefer it over the hair vitamins+ medicine I got from HERS. Because I kept taking my vitamins, I would imagine my hair cycle will not restart again, but will sustain my current hair growth. So just an FYI, for anyone who is starting this and wants to see hair growth, this will very likely RESTART your hair growth cycle, which means you will lose hair that is dormant and new hair growth will replace it. Expect lots of shedding and seeing new baby hairs EVERYWHERE.Overall, I give this product 10/10. I highly recommend it. It is expensive compared to other options; however, I have seen and felt better results using it compared to many others available and this always goes on sale. I'd suggest using this because it lowkey cuts all the corners and the results speak for themselves.Quick google search of hair growth cycle: The hair growth cycle consists of four distinct, continuous phases—Anagen (growth), Catagen (transition), Telogen (resting), and Exogen (shedding)—that operate independently for each follicle. Roughly 90% of scalp hair is actively growing in the Anagen phase, which lasts 2–6 years, while the entire cycle ensures hair sheds and regenerates. The Four Stages of Hair GrowthAnagen Phase (Growth): The active growth phase where cells divide rapidly in the root. This phase lasts for 2–6 years, determining the length of hair.Catagen Phase (Transition): A short transition phase lasting 2–3 weeks where hair growth stops and the follicle shrinks. The hair detaches from the blood supply, forming a "club hair".Telogen Phase (Resting): The resting period, lasting about 3 months. Approximately 10–15% of hair follicles are in this phase at any given time.Exogen Phase (Shedding): The final stage where the old hair sheds, often overlapping with the next Anagen phase. It is normal to lose 50–100 hairs per day.

Great multivitamin and easy to take!
I’ve been using this MaryRuth’s Liquid Multivitamin and so far I’ve had a great experience with it. I really like that it’s a liquid, which makes it easy to take in the morning without having to swallow several pills.The flavor is pleasant, and I appreciate that it’s sugar-free. I also like that it combines a multivitamin with ingredients geared toward hair support, which was one of the reasons I decided to try it.So far, I’ve been happy with how I feel while taking it and I like having it as part of my morning routine. The bottle is also easy to use and the product arrived well sealed.I’m going to continue using it and see how I feel with continued use. Hair ✨growth ✨
Yes this stuff works. I’ve been taking it for a few months now and my hairstylist has noticed a change in the length and fullness of my hair. I didn’t even need a trim at my last appointment because it’s been healthier since using this! Incredible.The taste of this one wasn’t my fav, so it didn’t get 5 stars. The peach mango was easier for me to get down. That’s just preference though.The cost is up there, but I consider it worth it. Hair is growing in thicker and fuller
I initially bought this to see if my hair would grow in thicker, since I recently had a haircut that thinned it out. I have very thick, long hair, but I was barely left with any strands after that haircut. The hairdresser went to town with my hair.I finished a bottle of Mary Ruth's Morning Liquid Multivitamin and started taking this one as I wanted to try this new flavor. I have noticed that my hair has started growing very thick now, and I now have major fullness growing in. I dye my roots every month, but now my hair is growing so fast that I have to dye it every two weeks. I also noticed that my eyelashes are growing long. I've always had short lashes, but noticed that the bottom lashes seem longer. The only downside is that I am noticing more fine facial hair sprouting, so there is that lol. Nothing dermaplanning cannot solve! If you are looking for a vitamin that will make your hair thicker and grow faster, definitely get this multivitamin. The taste is really good. Hopefully, they make their vitamins with this flavor as well.Ver másVer menos
