these are amazing upgraded clamps.
I have used the original style JORGENSEN Parallel clamps for a long time now and i love them, they are what i felt perfect in every way: aside the you know risk or smashing your fingers if the clamp slides down and your not paying attention! While i never smashed my fingers on them, it was a risk!These clamps are just a step up from those in every way, they feel better, look better, perform better oh and they also from what i have seen do not slide down to you know, smash your fingers LOL. They are easy to use, they have good decent weight and feel built strong. For a two pack you are getting the value of your hard earned money and plus some. if you need new clamps and used JORGENSEN before GET THESE! you will not regret it!!Ver másVer menos

Great set of parallel bar clamps. Good design, stable. Footing, heavy, and strong grip.
Bar clamps are certainly handy to have around. These 24 inch parallel clamps have great holding strength and are very heavy. The jaws are tall enough to hold the wood evenly, and reach about 3” down if you have something off the edge of the piece.They’re heavy so they’re a little awkward to manipulate with one hand, and are much better suited to sit in the fooor or table and work on top of the bar. The 2 heads are wide enough to sit stable upright and there is an extra foot at the end of the bar which lifts it up just high enough to make sliding the head easy.These kit comes with 2 glue separators for each bar. These are basically like upside down feet that your work piece sits on so it’s not touching the bar. You can easily put them on or take them off one handed for quick adjustment in the middle of working.Overall these are a great set of parallel bar clamps, nice big heads, rubber pads, stable footing, and strong grip.Ver másVer menos

REALLLLLY Good Clamps - I use ALL the time so I know
I get a lot of my wood for free, but it's shaped like a toothpick: 4' long and maybe 0.75 to 1" thick and wide. Every now and then I can get free 4 quarter wood maybe 1.5" wide - those are bonus days. I get as much of this wood as I can, so you do the math, I invest a lot in wood glue and JORGENSEN clamps. I clamp with Jorgensen entirely and cannot speak high enough to how well these clamps work.I love these clamps I spent around $300 and some odd dollars for 8 of the 18" clamps and I can just get so much more wood working done over a few days that I think it was worth it. The clamps also never fail me and clamp wood together tighter than tight can get leaving flawless unidentifiable join lines. They are easy to use and now come with black plastic parts so you can connect two 18" clamps to make a longer clamp - that's really nice. Overall highly recommend Jorgensen clamps they work really really well and are not too absurdly priced.Ver másVer menos

Really solid clamps for DIY woodworking
got these for a woodworking project and they’ve honestly been great. They feel strong, solid, and well built right out of the box. The 50 inch size gave me plenty of room to work with, especially for bigger pieces where smaller clamps just wouldn’t do the job.They held everything tight and straight while the glue dried, which made the whole process a lot easier. The quick release feature is also nice because you’re not fighting with the clamp every time you need to adjust it.Overall, I’m really happy with them. They made my project easier, they feel like they’ll last, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone doing woodworking, cabinets, or bigger DIY builds.Ver másVer menos

The BEST clamps for your wood working clamping needs!
Top notch clamps. You can't go wrong with this sort of clamp. I have several different types of clamps, the quick pistol grip "cheap" clamps (that aren't that cheap) plus more robust metal beam clamps, but none of them compare to these for work holding, and this particular set is better than the stuff that I had years ago from a big box store. They come with an extra jaw plate and several stand-offs to help balance. These are even better than the regular version from the Jorgensen. And this is a great price!Ver másVer menos

Perfect for gluing tight joints
These clamps are awesome. There is a slight learning curve in using them, but they are more powerful than my other clamps. They work best when clamping finished surfaces together. If you are trying to draw two boards together, a pipe clamp works much better.
