One of the best for replacing electrolytes!

I had to go to physical therapy recently, due to a slight hip pain. My therapist recommended Liquid IV. I found it on Amazon and ordered. I had been having some toe cramps and ergo the recommendation. After the first two days, my cramps were gone and haven't been back. All types with sugar or without and lots of cool flavors. Get some your electrolytes may be low.Ver másVer menos

  Love this flavor

Love the Liquid I.V hydration multiplier. I cannot get any other flavors in a large bag locally except for the lemon lime flavor, which I am not a fan of. I was able to find this one, and really enjoy the flavor. It does take a bit to get mixed, and you need to continue to stir before each drink, but it isn't a problem for me. The size and price is a great value.Ver másVer menos

Liquid I.V.® Hydration Multiplier is the best rehydration drink mix.

Liquid I.V.® Hydration Multiplier is the best rehydration drink mix around. I live in Arizona and this is an absolute must have. Even if you work or live in an airconditioned home, you need to replenish the electrolytes to stay healthy and feel good. The Raspberry flavor is one of the best! Yum!Ver másVer menos

  Issues with Artic Raspberry

Liquid IV is an excellent product and is a much healthier and effective hydration solution compared to say Gatorade or Powerade. There is a strange packaging or product issue with the Artic Raspberry, half or maybe a third of the time the powder is solidified and therefore useless. I’ve ordered several other flavors and haven’t had any issues. Weird.Ver másVer menos

Good flavor but high salt content

I love these but not for daily use unless you really need the electrolytes. High salt content.
