Fabulous Case, But Follow The Instructions.

This is an excellent cell phone case for the price. I ordered 2 of them, in 2 different colors. My wife and I just purchased new Samsung Galaxy A15 phones. They fit the A15 perfectly. They seem quite durable and come with 1 extra clear screen protector. I especially like the fact that the design and texture of this case is such, that one would not be apt to drop their phone. The finish of the Samsung A15 is smooth and slippery. You would not want to risk using one without a case. Please Note: one should definitely review the included instructions, before installing their phone in this case. It can be a bit of a challenge. That only speaks to the rugged construction of the case. Also, the phone screen needs to be 100% thoroughly cleaned with the included cleaning cloths, before the screen protector is applied. At my first attempt, mine showed a tiny defect under the protector material. Upon closer inspection with a magnifying glass, I discovered a tiny hair, not visible to the naked eye. The clear lens protector, laminates so perfectly to the phone screen, even a tiny particle beneath it will be visible. Also, one must install the screen protector first. It cannot be applied with the phone in the case. Their is a small "V" cut in the top of the protector, for the front camera lens. Thus it can only applied in one direction.I will add a personal tip: Before I install a cell phone in a case, I take one of those little return address stickers, and apply it to the back of the phone. I include a different telephone number to reach me than the one for the cell phone in the case. I also stick one on the exterior of the case, but the one inside the case never wears off. If the phone is ever lost, it improves the chance of it being returned. I lost one in a restaurant and they called me. I had my phone back the next day.I would definitely purchase this case again. I hope this is helpful. D.B. Leesburg Fl.Ver másVer menos

  Fits perfectly

Love it, was easy to put on including the glass protection, which normally can be difficult. Only issue I have is being able to bring the drop down menu from landscape view. I haven't dropped it yet to find it how sturdy it is yet.

Better explanation of how to install the product

I really like the product. It meets all my expectations, sturdy and rugged it looks like it will more than adequately protect my phone now that I got it nearly installed. My only problem is with the instructions on how to get the thing on my phone. It took awhile to figure this out - a lot of trial and error. The instructions were somewhat vague - just a bunch of pictures with little explanation. I still haven't figured out how to apply the screen cover and there is no contact info to get any help with any of this. I guess that I'll get by but not totally satisfied until I can finish the proper installation.Ver másVer menos

Protects phone well, but accessories break easily

The goodThis phone case is extremely sturdy in protecting the phone. I have dropped my phone many times, and the case itself hardly even has a scratch. It has a raised bevel, which protects the screen so well that I might not even need a screen protector. I use one, but it has never had a crack, unlike other cases I've had before which did not have the raised bevel and for which I needed to change the screen protector many times. The badIt's an extremely tight fit on the phone and was very hard to install the first time. When I had to replace my SIM card, it was darn near impossible to do. I guess that's a trade-off with the tight grip and good protection, but I feel like other good cases I've had in the past had a better balance between protection and ease of installation. Also, the camera protector broke off within a couple months, and the ring to prop up the phone broke even sooner.VerdictIf you're choosing a case for its accessories and not just for phone protection, I would not recommend this one. However, if you are really just looking for something to protect the phone - even without protecting the camera - then this is a great choiceVer másVer menos
