X870 Strix, Gigabyte & MSI boards Boot Perfectly;
First off, this is to everybody that's saying it's not compatible w/ this or that, EXPO doesn't work, not on QVL for my motherboard, etc. You're more than likely wrong! Just bcuz it's not on your Mobo's QVL list, doesn't mean it won't work, just means it hasn't been tested!! (Mobo manufacturers are just lazy & dont test every single stick on earth.)I build PC's on the side for a local shop in my town, for their in-store builds to show off to customers in the showroom. Microcenter (If one is close to you) has 399$ Klevv 6000Mhz CL28 A-Die 16gb x 2 sticks beesss+r their on here for another 5 dollarsIve also built a handful only of B650 Motherboards. but ALL of these have had Patriot Viper Venom 16GB x 2 - 6000Mhz CL30 Sticks running at EXPO #1. If your PC doesn't post or has a DRAM Post Code LED/Error code, you have other problems besides this ram. allow a few minutes for Memory Tuning right after you power up.All in all, this stuff is wicked fast, has SK Hynix A die (I believe but they don't state it anywhere) running at 6000Mhz CL30. Latency at 10M/S is perfect for AMD & the main reason we use it for almost all our builds.once the RamPocalypse is over, this stuff is pretty cheap ram, id recommend going Klevv (sk hynix house brand) route, 7000mhz CL36 kit thats ridiculous & it'll overclock even higher!!even though this took me forever to type out, I truly hope this helps somebody that is spending hours trying to figure out if THIS ram will work with their motherboard.as far as Z890 Builds, it's super finicky with this ram and i stay away from it even though it has XMP Profiles. Usually use Crucial Or Corsair Ram with those chipsets as Ive yet to have a DRAM Post code LED/No Post Happen on either of those!Ver másVer menos
