Excellent quality, amazing customer service
I purchased this backpack back in October 2022. I use it primarily for my work stuff (laptop, iPad, etc) and live in an area where we get a lot of rain. I'll state that the water resistance is amazing- I've not once had any moisture seep into the bag when closed properly. The material is very durable. As far as customer service is concerned, I had the top carry handle strap rip at the seem when picking the backpack up about a month ago. I reached out to Firefirst to inquire if there was any limited warranty or what-not. I got a response fairly promptly (It was within a few hours at most), where I explained what happened to the bag and sent a picture of the ripped strap. Without hesitation, they offered to replace the backpack without any hassle at all. Their communication was prompt and clear. Yesterday, the replacement bag arrived- brand new.Customer service-wise, they set a very strong example of how sellers should act, and I can say this is definitely a purchase I have zero regrets from.Also, the backpack looks amazing.Ver másVer menos
