  Very happy with this set. The plates look great, and the colors match our existing bumper plates almost perfectly, which was a nice bonus. We’ve been using them regularly for a few months now, and they’ve held up without any noticeable wear, durability issues, or quality concerns.   Incredible value. Prime Days pricing put them well below $1/lb. A few arrived damaged and I followed in included instructions to contact customer service. I provided pictures and the Amazon order number and replacements were sent out promptly and arrived a few days later.Yes, they smell for a few days. Yes, they aren't Rogue comp plate quality.   Excellent Quality and Stands Out Among Options

  Great plates, but bring the degreaser

  Great value, excellent packaging. The smell was *nothing* to write home about. (Read below)

  Great value, arrived a day earlier than planned. Thickness & size is appropriate, relative to weight of plate(s). Accurate description. Easy to unpack, yet packaged securely. On day #1, I am completely satisfied.After reading multiple reviews mentioning “the strong odor” associated with these plates, I was prepared for Joe Camel *and* the Marlboro Man to come out of the box(es)! The plates did *not smell to me like a pack of cigarettes or “smoke”; rather, they smell like Discount Tire or Harbor Freight (and rightfully so(!) ; after all, they’re covered in rubber). I went ahead & washed them with dish soap & a soft brush, as I’ve been mentally prepared to do so since reading the aforementioned reviews.I plan using these plates with my Smith machine & leg press/squat machine. I do *not anticipate these plates repeatedly bumping the floor; otherwise, I would’ve purchased “competition plates” that are made to do such. Don’t purchase these particular plates thinking they’re made to bounce around. If that’s what you need, purchase upgraded plates and/or a thick mat. These plates are great for the purpose they’re designed. I’ll report if something changes, but I believe I’m set.Ver másVer menos

  Good Value for all the Weight.

  The weights came in several different boxes that UPS left at the end of our drive. I got a workout just carrying the weights to the house. Like most people have said, the weights come oily and have a smell to them, but I let them air out in the garage and they are just fine. The price is right for this much weight.Ver másVer menos
