Great condition, easy transition from my iPhone 14 Pro
The phone was in great condition, near perfect. Looks great, as expected from the listing. No issues transferring everything over from my iPhone 14 Pro. Apple gets better and better at the transfer process with every release. I bought a new glass screen protector at the same time, though I'm not 100% sure it's necessary since the newer screens are so durable. It's been a couple of weeks and the phone is working as expected. Great battery life and noticeably better performance. Like new. No issues activating the eSim with AT&T either, which is always a bit of a nail-biter for just a few moments.Ver másVer menos

Detailed Review
Owning this renewed Apple iPhone 16 Pro has been an excellent experience. Especially when upgrading from the 11, from performance to design and everyday usability, this smartphone feels every bit like a high-end flagship just without the brand-new price tag.Right out of the box, the sleek Black Titanium finish immediately strikes you. The matte texture looks premium and gives the phone a sophisticated, understated look that’s both elegant and timeless. Even though this unit is renewed, the exterior looks virtually brand new with no noticeable scratches, dents, or blemishes which makes it feel like a fresh device in every way.The titanium build is both lightweight and exceptionally strong, giving you confidence that the phone can withstand day-to-day handling without feeling fragile. The slim bezels, the refined finish, and the attention to detail in design are all classic Apple hallmarks that haven’t been lost in this renewed model. The 6.3-inch Super Retina XDR display is beautiful. Colors are vibrant, blacks are deep, and the contrast is outstanding whether you’re browsing, streaming video, or gaming. With ProMotion adaptive refresh rates up to 120 Hz, scrolling feels buttery smooth, and animations look fluid and responsive. Brightness is plenty strong for outdoor viewing too. This screen isn’t just gorgeous it’s practical, with True Tone and HDR support making everyday use comfortable and visually rich. The Pro camera system is a standout. Photos come out crisp and detailed in a wide range of conditions. Portrait mode feels very refined, and the computational photography features elevate shots beyond what you’d expect from even a flagship device. Low-light performance is impressive, too capturing clear detail without excessive noise.Video recording is equally strong, giving vibrant colors and smooth stabilization across formats I’ve tested. For both casual snaps and more ambitious content, the iPhone 16 Pro delivers. What’s particularly impressive about this renewed model is how new it feels in everyday use. The screen is flawless, the body looks fresh, and there’s nothing about the performance that makes it feel “used.” Many renewed iPhones also come with battery health equal to or near 100 %, and often include a one-year warranty which adds a layer of reassurance for buyers.Battery life remains strong throughout a full day of regular use. I can comfortably go from morning to night without needing a top-up. When I do need to charger, fast charging gets me going quickly, and wireless (MagSafe or Qi) charging is smooth and reliable.Compared to buying new, getting this unlocked 256 GB version saved a significant amount of money, making it excellent value for what is still a top-tier device. If you’re after a powerful, premium smartphone that performs just like new but without the full retail cost, the Apple iPhone 16 Pro (256 GB, Black Titanium, Unlocked and Renewed) is an excellent choice. It looks and feels like a fresh device and delivers flagship performance across the board from display and speed to battery life and camera. Ease of use Whether for everyday use or as a primary device, this iPhone delivers reliably every day.Ver másVer menos

Beware of seller / merchant. Phone was broken when received
Phone was not working properly when first received. The backlight would stay on much longer than it should have even after turning the sleep mode on the lowest amount of time allowed. After a couple days the screen went blank with white and pink stripes running from top to bottom. I did a system reset and it worked again but still with the back light issue. After another 5 days the phone glitched again and the pink and white screen came on and I could not reset it this time. I contacted apple support to see if it was a software issue. They said that the backlight was faulting and that I would either have to send it to apple to fix$$$$$ or have a third party look into it which would have been the less expensive route. I was not willing to spend ~$300 to fix a phone I had just purchased so I contacted Amazon to see what my options were. They had me work through the merchant to get a refund. Almost 2 weeks of back and forth and only when threatening a bad review did the merchant send a shipping label and stated “return will be processed 2 to 5 business days after the return was complete” I sent information stating the phone was in their possession, including tracking number and waited for my return. More than 5 business days went by and I contacted the merchant asking when my return would be processed. At this point, they said I would have to pay a “restocking fee” because there was an “accessory” that was not included in the return. There was no accessory, and when questioned what they were talking about they could not provide info on the “accessory” They would not process my return. I would look toward other merchants before making the mistake I made in purchasing from them. The process has taken more than 2 months and I have still not been refundedVer másVer menos

Excellent Condition, Just as Described
Brought Used -Mint condition.Phone is basically brand new. No scratches at all, battery cycle count was only 1, and everything works perfectly. Very happy with the purchase! But it did not come with the original box or charging cable. it came in a plain unbranded box with a third-party charging cable.Ver másVer menos

Perfect Condition
Phone came in near perfect condition (bought Excellent Refurbished) , and 100% battery with 160 cycles. The seller was Networkstore in Massachusetts. Look into each seller before purchasing, that way you know what to expect. A few tiny use scratches on the body, charging port and near invisible ones on the screen that go away with a screen protector. Phone does not appear to be even repaired, and has all apple original parts. I have had the phone for little over a week, and loving it! Came unlocked and no issues so far. I will update review if anything arises, but amazing value for your money, and it’s eco friendly to buy used! Just buy it!Ver másVer menos

Renewed? Repaired.
I bought this phone to replace my very beloved yellow iPhone 11. Its battery desperately needed replaced, I had long outgrown the 128gb internal storage, and it recently developed a few dead pixels that turned into... many... that spread across the top of my screen. Nail in the coffin. I was quoted about $400 to repair it at the authorized shop Apple directed me to, so I decided it was just time to upgrade altogether. I LOVE my stupid little banana yellow phone and I don't care too much about new gen features, the only notable exception being the new camera specs, so I almost got a 15 instead. I don't think there's enough of a difference between 15 and 16 overall, but I obviously like my phones to last a long time, so I opted for the latest model purely for longevity's sake. The 16 Pro is also basically the same dimensions as the 11, so it doesn't feel any different in my hand than what I've been used to for the past 6 years.I use Mint Mobile, so I needed an unlocked phone, hence why I purchased here. I bought a listing being sold and shipped directly by amazon.com instead of a third party seller. I had originally bought a listing from the seller "Wcell" but they never shipped it, then gave me a new shipping estimate of another month... So I canceled and reordered directly from amazon. I figured it would be less hassle to skip a third party seller if I needed to return the phone, anyway.I paid for shipping so I would get it sooner. I did NOT get it sooner (or even soon in general) and it was shipped via USPS instead of UPS or Fedex, which shocked me. I've never had something so expensive shipped parcel select before. Why did I even pay shipping? Phone arrived in an unassuming box aside from the giant lithium battery warning sticker, which gives away that it's an electronic no matter how discreet they try to be. Inside package was another plain box with a serial number sticker on it, containing the phone and an unbranded double USB C charging cable. Nothing else. No paper, no invoice, not even an Amazon Renewed flyer I've seen in other reviews. It sat in my mailbox under the hot sun for a few hours before I could get to it, which is Not Great for the battery, and when I opened it the phone was hot to the touch. So keep this in mind when ordering. The phone's outer condition is okay, but not quite up to the standard promised. This phone was listed as REFURBISHED - EXCELLENT, which states it should have "no visible cosmetic imperfections when held at an arm's length". However there are multiple scrapes on the titanium trim around the screen, leaving highly visible shiny silver specks against the black titanium, and a large scratch in the screen itself (pictured) The placement of the scratches lead me to believe the screen has been removed and the metal was scraped by a jimmy tool while prying it open. Maybe the screen was replaced? Maybe the screen had to be removed for another repair? Who knows. I would be surprised if it was a replacement unless they managed to scratch the new screen immediately after. The battery is GREAT. It arrived to me at 1%, but that's the mail's fault. Phone has been anctive since December 2024 but battery only has TWO (2) cycles on it and 100% capacity. The battery was definitely freshly replaced.I personally don't mind the cosmetic damage enough to worry about trying to get a replacement, it took long enough to get it as is and the phone itself works just fine. If anything now I won't feel bad if I add a flaw in the future, but I know a lot of people won't feel the same way I do so I wanted to put my experience out there. So to recap, phone is what I would call Repaired. Brand new battery replacement, suspected screen replacement, with some cosmetic damage. Otherwise perfectly fine phone. I'll update if anything changes with normal use.RIP in peace banana phone. You served me well 🍌 🫡
