Never Worry About a Dead Watch Again - Genius 4-Pack

I bought this 4-pack specifically so I'd never be caught with a dead Garmin again, and honestly it was one of the smartest purchases I've made. I keep one plugged in at my desk at work, one stays in my gym bag permanently, one lives in my car's center console, and the last one is attached to my keychain with a little carabiner. Sounds excessive? Maybe. But let me tell you why it's actually brilliant.The whole idea came after I showed up to a half marathon with my watch at 3% battery because I forgot to charge it the night before. Total nightmare. Now I literally can't be more than a few feet from a charger no matter where I am. At work during lunch? Plug it in for 20 minutes and I'm good to go. Forgot to charge overnight? I was worried about buying third-party chargers because I've had cheap cables fry devices before, but these charge just as fast as the original Garmin cable that came with my watch. No issues with my Fenix recognizing them or any weird error messages. They just work exactly like the official one.The length is perfect for different use cases. Long enough to reach from my car's USB port to wherever I clip my watch (usually on the sun visor or the little hook on the back of the passenger seat). Not so long that cables are tangling everywhere. Just right for desktop use, travel, or keeping in a bag.I've been using all four of these daily for months now and none have failed or shown signs of wear. The connectors are still tight, no fraying on the cables, charging speed hasn't degraded. They get thrown in bags, left in hot cars, used constantly, and they're holding up great.The keychain one is honestly my favorite hack. I attached it to my keys with a small carabiner clip, so anytime I have my keys I have a charger. Works great when I'm at someone else's house or at a coffee shop that has USB outlets. People think it's weird until they need to charge their Garmin and I'm the only one who can. Then suddenly I'm a genius.Having multiple chargers has also saved me when traveling. You could spend almost the same amount on one official Garmin cable. Getting four for barely more means you can actually implement this multiple-location strategy without spending a fortune.If you're serious about your training and tracking, dead watch battery is not an option. Finally my Garmin Fenix 7x will charge without hassle.

There are 4 in this package...not completely sure why the straight one, ha, but the 3 are at a right angle work perfectly for me, the straight I gave to my wife for when she travels, and it works perfectly for her.I have...for years had to wiggle, clean, wiggle, whatever, to try and get my watches over the years to charge.With these...I plug them in, they are tight, can't really wiggle, they connect perfectly, and they charge very, very fast with the USB C cable. These are game changing.I will say...I finally also got some little plugs that go in the charging port on the watch while I'm wearing it...can't notice them at all....and it keeps sweat etc off the charging port. Pretty nice there as well.Overall....I'd buy multiple sets of this, ha. They come with perfect little chain/string holders that are easy to connect...I put them on the end of the USB C cord on my desk and on one I travel with...and the connector is there when I need it...bam.Well, Well worth the money spent.Ver más

Honestly a lifesaver—stop searching for that one random watch cable!

If you have a Garmin, you already know how annoying that single charging cord that comes in the box is. You’re always losing it, forgetting it when you travel, or digging through a mess of wires just to find the one cable that actually fits your watch.These little USB-C adapters are a total game-changer. Getting a 4-pack is so convenient because you can basically piggyback them onto the USB-C cables you already use every day. I attached one to the charger on my desk, left one by my bed, threw one in my backpack, and kept an extra in the car. Now, instead of hunting down that specific factory cord, I just plug one of these onto any normal USB-C cable and snap it into my watch. It fits nice and tight, so it doesn't fall off while charging.Since they’re super tiny, they take up zero space when you're traveling, which is awesome. The only small downside is that because of their size, they could be easy to lose if you aren't careful, so I just leave mine attached to the cords.Overall, this is definitely worth it. If you're tired of tracking down that stupid original watch cord every time your battery drops, just get these. It makes charging so much less of a hassle!Ver más

Great deal

I just used one of these on my Instinct Crossover Solar Tactical, and it worked perfectly. Plugged in easily, and delivered a full charge with no problems. They seem to be stable, durable and compatible with most models.

Very convenient

These things are great for charging my Vivoactive 6. Sometimes you have to make sure it's pushed in all the way to get a good connection, but once you get it seated properly it stays connected. I keep one in my car, one by my charging station, and I put the little flat one in my purse. I've been using mine for 8 months and none of them have failed yet. If they do fail then I will definitely order them again because they're worth it.Ver más

Angled prices work, straights do not

This is a pretty simple product, so there's not a ton to say, but overall I'm happy with it. The included retention loops are a nice touch and help prevent the adapters from getting lost, which I definitely appreciate.The adapters themselves are very lightweight and look surprisingly nice once installed. I also haven't noticed any difference in charging speed compared to using the watch charger normally, which was one of my concerns before purchasing.The angled adapters work very well and stay connected securely to the watch. They're comfortable to use and seem to provide a much more reliable connection overall.My only complaint is with the straight adapters. In my experience, they tend to fall out of the watch much more easily than the angled versions. They work, but I don't feel nearly as confident using them because they don't seem to stay seated as securely.I appreciate that the manufacturer included multiple styles to give users options, but personally I would have preferred more angled adapters instead of the straight ones since they perform noticeably better.Overall, it's a useful accessory that does what it's supposed to do. The charging speed appears unchanged, they look good, they're extremely lightweight, and the retention loops are a thoughtful addition. If the straight adapters held as securely as the angled ones, this would easily be a 5-star product.Ver más
