Would buy again
Great quality! The heat really gives you the added relief when you’re in pain. It is relatively quiet, you don’t notice when it is giving you relief.

A+ customer service
The massager works great and comes with many attachments. After owning it for some time, I had an issue with it charging. I contacted customer support and they sent me a brand new one! Very happy with my experience

Company great at making things right
The product itself is very nice and my husband is happy with the intensity. This was a Christmas gift for my husband and he was very excited to try all the heads that specifically come with the massage gun. But unfortunately one of the heads was “warped”. This seems to be a manufacturing issue.UPDATE: I got in contact with a representative from the company and the process was very easy and pleasant. The representative took note of my concern with the product and communication was very prompt. To my surprise not only was a new head to the gun sent out but the new entire product (massage gun) was sent out in only 2 days! This company has exceeded my expectations with their exemplary customer service and paying great detail to their customers and their concerns. Very nice massage gun
I purchased this massage gun in April and a little bit later. The power connector broke. I couldn’t charge it anymore, so I contacted the company and they immediately replaced it for me without charging me and without arguing with me. They did ask me for pictures which I sent them And they took care of it right away. The massage gun has only one thing that I don’t like. I would like to hold down on the strength increase button and it go up continuously, but I have to hit the plus button each time. Other than that this Massager works so great. Two or three things I really like about this one. The attachment screw on, which is very nice. A massage gonna head before got wore out where the adapter connected to the massager and they began just falling off because the adapters got warped and eventually none of them would stay on the massager. This one, the parts screw on, so I never have to worry about that problem and I really like that. One of the attachments is infrared heat. You charge it separately and you turn it on either before or after you connect it and it has three different levels. I always put it on the strongest level, but it works very nicely as well. I love it. The other thing I really like about this is it has a feature where if you press a little bit harder, then it gives it a boost in strength so sometimes you have that muscle that needs just a little bit more power on it and so you just push a little bit and you have it. You let off a little bit and it goes back to normal. That’s a very nice feature. Anyone can have an issue with a product, but how well do they take care of it and do they stand behind their product? This company does and they resolved the issue very quickly. I didn’t write a review for a while because I wanted to see how this one stood up and so far I have not had any issues with this replacement and even if I do eventually, I will always contact them to let them know, but I seriously doubt I’m gonna have any more problems with it. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a massager. It works the muscles very well and you have several attachments. It holds a charge for quite some time.Ver másVer menos

Works good on tight muscles tendons
This is it really nice unit and a pretty good price. It’s kinda heavy, but it’s OK. I’ve been using it for the tendons around my knee and as you press and when it feels tightness, it goes harder and then as you let off on the pressure let off on the percussion. If you’re on the fence about getting one of these, I would buy it. I think it’s worth.Ver másVer menos

USING IN MY PT OFFICE, PLS READ HONEST REVIEW BY A PT, EXCEPTIONAL ITEM THAT WORKS!
I HAVE AN OLDER MODEL OF THIS MASSAGE GUN AND IT IS STILL RUNNING PERFECTLY AFTER TWO YEARS. I DECIDED TO INVEST IN ANOTHER ONE, MORE UPDATED, AND I CHOSE THIS MODEL. IT IS SUPER EASY TO USE AND IT FITS IN YOUR HAND COMFORTABLY. PLEASE READ TO THE END FOR ALL THE LISTED PROS!THE POWER ON THIS IS EXCELLENT AND EVEN AT A LOW SETTING, YOU ARE BENEFITING FROM ITS USE. IF YOU WANT MORE POWER, USE THE SPEED SETTINGS…..SIMPLY PUSH THE “+” BUTTON AND YOU CAN INCREASE THE POWER. “-“ DIMINISHES THE POWER. IT DOES MAKE A HUMMING NOISE WHILE YOU ARE USING IT, BUT IT DOES NOT BOTHER ME. IF YOU ARE WORKING CLOSER TO YOUR EAR, IT MAY BOTHER YOU, BUT IT DEPENDS UPON THE INDIVIDUAL.THERE ARE MANY ATTACHMENTS INCLUDED WITH THIS MASSAGE GUN, AND THERE IS AN UPGRADE TO THE ATTACHMENTS….THEY SCREW ON, WHICH IS A FABULOUS NEW FEATURE. I FIND THAT I USE THE LARGE BALL ATTACHMENT MORE THAN THE OTHERS, BUT IT REALLY DEPENDS UPON WHAT YOU WANT TO ACCOMPLISH. THE HEATING ATTACHMENT DOES NOT EMIT A POWERFUL HEAT, BUT I THINK ITS JUST ENOUGH. IF IT EMITTED MORE HEAT, YOUR CHANCES OF GETTING BURNED INCREASES. THERE ARE SEVEN DIFFERENT ATTACHMENTS ALL TOGETHER.I HAVE CHARGED THE PRODUCT AND THE BATTERY LIFE IS EXCELLENT! I HAVE BEEN USING IT FOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES EVERYDAY FOR 9 DAYS SO FAR. THERE IS A CHARGING CORD INCLUDED AND THE CARRYING CASE IS A HUGE PLUS.PROS…1.LONG BATTERY LIFE.2.MULTIPLE ATTACHMENTS TO SUIT YOUR PARTICULAR NEEDS.3.
