Excellent Sublimation Printer!
I’ve been using this printer for my sublimation business, and it has exceeded my expectations. The print quality is sharp, the colors come out vibrant, and it’s easy to set up and use. Excellent Sublimation Printer for Small Business and Creative Projects
I’ve been using the Epson SureColor F170 for my small business, and it’s one of the best investments I’ve made for sublimation printing. I create personalized mugs, shirts, coasters, and other custom gifts, and this printer has consistently produced vibrant colors, sharp details, and professional-looking results.What impressed me the most is how reliable it has been. Once everything was set up correctly, the prints came out consistently with excellent color quality, and I haven’t had to constantly troubleshoot like I have with other printers. The EcoTank-style ink system is easy to refill, and knowing it’s designed specifically for sublimation gave me confidence from the start.If I had one suggestion for future buyers, it’s to spend a little time learning the proper color management and printer settings before expecting perfect results. Like any sublimation printer, getting the best output depends not only on the printer itself but also on using quality sublimation paper, the right heat press settings, and ICC color profiles. Once those pieces come together, the print quality is outstanding.I would highly recommend this printer to anyone starting a sublimation business or looking to upgrade from converted printers. Good purchase well made
Easy setup. Prints great. Make sure to follow instructions as sublimation printers are different from regular ink jet printers. Epson is a great printer making company so I expected nothing less. Fully meets my expectations.

This printer works amazing. The colors come out bright and vibrant. It was very easy to set up and start using.

Prints great, wifi was an issue
Got the printer a week ago and have printed something every day so far and the quality of the prints have been fantastic. Arrived and set up without any major issues, other than not being able to connect to my local wifi. Had to get an Ethernet cable to connect to it.Ver másVer menos

No returns and no support. If it doesn't work properly, too bad.
I was fairly happy with my Epson ET 2800, but was told that I'd get better colors with the F170. So I bit the bullet.The installation went smoothly and I was printing in short order. It was when I started printing items that had some dark gray that I noticed the problem. It was printing green. I contacted Epson tech support and they answered the phone almost immediately. (And how rare is that??)The woman I spoke with seemed to be familiar with the problem and advised me to modify the printer preferences and change the color correction from "ICM" to "No color correction". Well, it wasn't printing green anymore. Now the grays were brown. At this point, she ran out of ideas and gave me an email address for the second level of tech support and asked if I'd send a photo of the printed fabrics showing the problem. I did. That was over three weeks ago. I've sent a couple of followup emails, but they're ignoring me.But the best news was discovering that there are no returns on this product. I didn't think that was a thing with Amazon and I've never had any problems before. So now the 30-day return window is about to elapse and it appears that I'm stuck with an oversized doorstop.In the photo I'm including with this review, the fabric on the upper-left was printed with my Epson ET 2800.
