Good product backed by a reputable company
This review comes in light of a recent issue I had with the arcade system I purchased back in November of 2024. I had been enjoying my game system for months when one day my monitor blacked out on me. After ensuring all of my cords were connected properly the monitor starting working again for me. Approximately two weeks later the monitor went out again but this time it would not come back on. I contacted the company via email and gave it a day or so and found their number and called them. During the phone call I came to understand that I was actually talking to one of the owners of the company. She was very polite and listened to my issue intently. After walking me through a couple of things to try and fix the monitor issue with no success she told me that her company was going to ship me a new top piece for my unit. And ensured me that all costs would be covered by her company. I thanked her for everything and within a few days I received my new top piece for my unit. Once I installed the new piece my game system worked as good as new!!! Let me just say that this arcade company is a rare breed these days because customer service like that is few and far between! I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend this company and their products to anyone who enjoys retro games as I do.Ver másVer menos

Very nice arcade game
This is a great arcade game! Has so many games on it i haven't even been able to check them all out yet. Has the good oldies that I love like frogger, donkey Kong, Gallagher. Game was shipped very well no issues or damages with shipping. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Game Selection we really like this table in our game room
Pros: The Doc & Pies cocktail gaming table is fantastic in terms of games and functionality. The controls work great and it is sturdy. The screen is a good size and the tabletop looks cool. It was well packed.Cons: We really like this table so the following are niggles, not complaints: The screen can have glare from surround lights depending on your viewing angle. When it arrived, the joystick on one side was barely held by one screw (it takes four screws), so that required disassembling the unit after initial assembly, and looking for and applying appropriate screws. Getting back the the main menu to switch games is not intuitive and required a bit of online searching. Adjusting the volume requires access to dip switches that are not readily accessible (left it as is and it is ok). And lastly the cabinet itself is sturdy but the paint finish was sticky when it arrived.. It has gotten dryer but is still somewhat so and not as slick as the One Up units we have in our game room which are not painted and have a vinyl finish. One Up units also have external volume controls which would have been nice on this table. However no One Up unit has the combination of games this table includes and this table feels more sturdy overall.We'd definitely buy is again and recommend it despite the details mentioned above.Ver másVer menos

Terrible quality
Lasted a year with minimal use, around once a month, and then completely stopped working. Had issues with it right away, but the cost to ship it back was more that the cost of shipping was more than the item itself. Basically within two months of buying it whenever we used it, we had to hit all the buttons to keep it from going into sleep mode, if it went into sleep mode it never woke back up. I unplugged and started it again. After around 11 months, it just stopped turning on completely.Ver másVer menos

Very easy assembly‼️
Man. I was born in the 70s soMiss Pak Man space invaders Mario Brothers donkey Kong just the name a few were the games that we played when I found out I can get a table top just like the ones we used to play at the corner store when I was a young guy this game has brought back so many great memories. Thank you you guys for still making this type of game after so many decades.Ver másVer menos
