Sturdy nice glass containers, just a little too small for what I intended them for.
I bought these 76.4 oz containers for storing my childrens pre-made breakfasts in the freezer. I make 2 weeks worth at a time. I make French toast sticks, pancakes, waffles, breakfast mini muffins, breakfast burritos & egg bites. I am glad i ordered 1 set & got the bigger size, but they are still a little too small for my needs. I can only stack 2 rows of about 5 pancakes, so i turned them and that seemed to work. Freezing like that though might be a problem when it comes time to separate them. So I will have to look for a different container for my pancakes, waffles & egg bites. These seem to be good enough for French Toast sticks, breakfast burritos(I might get away with 6-9 burritos in tin foil) & maybe the mini breakfast muffins.The quality seems to be great. They are thick sturdy glass. The lid sealed very nice & tight.Considering every other glass container this size is priced about the same, the price is right(I dont understand how or why glass containers are so expensive these days).I would order/ use these for tournament days when we're at the ball fields all day. Fruit Salad, pasta salads & anything with liquid, it seemed to be closed tight when I was washing & gave it a little test run.Its a good size to share(nibbling) with my family of 4.It was shipped through Amazon & arrived when it was supposed to.I've been burned so many times ordering anything glass, so I was skeptical. The amazon box didnt even say fragile, so i was nervous. It was packaged very well in its own box with Styrofoam & I dont see these breaking in shippinh, unless you run the box over.Ver másVer menos
