First Time Embroiderer
I had never used an embroidery machine before. I took the leap to start something new in my retirement years. I am so glad I did. From the very first stitch I was hooked. I was a little intimidated by it at first, but after I got started I found it was VERY user friendly! The set up was easy and initial training was immediate so you can get started creating. The trainers and technical support have been so nice and fast to respond. It came with all of the materials and accessories that you need to get started. It is a very sturdy machine, it is a little heavy, but it comes with the cart that has wheels for easy move. The online support group on Facebook is a life saver. As someone who had never even touched an embroidery machine before, I can honestly say this machine exceeded my expectations! The training was incredible and easy to follow. By the end of the training, I was already embroidering projects with confidence.My trainer was patient, answered every question I had, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense to me. I've been very impressed with my SmartStitch Embroidery Machine 1001! It's user-friendly, even for someone still learning embroidery, and the stitch quality is consistently clean and professional. The machine runs smoothly, and I appreciate how easy it is to upload designs and get started on projects.I've used it on a variety of materials, and it has produced beautiful results every time. The features are intuitive, and the overall quality has exceeded my expectations.Technical Support is beyond anything I have ever experience before. There is a Facebook group to connect with others. Plus, you get your own group of Technical Support for help anytime you need it. And can we talk about the YouTube Videos. Awesome machine at an amazing price!!
The machine arrived in a well built shipping container. Set-up was easy enough with a little help to lift the head onto it's stand. Make sure you contact support for access to the You Tube instruction videos. Once I went through that process, the machine produced some awesome results(photos included). I did have some minor issues with thread breaks but the support group explained the solution and now everything runs smoothly. I would buy another one if I had the funds. Love this machine
I love my new SmartStitch. I upgraded from a single needle machine. I was able to unbox and put together with ease. I received the one on one training and was up and running within 5 days. I’ve used all the hoop sizes and have conquered hats as well. If I’m unsure of something there are plenty of videos out there to walk me through it.
