Refurbished Products are a Steal.
I use this tablet solely to host my piano music and watch piano videos. So, I can't speak on its performance for gaming or anything like that. But what I can say, is that I got a perfectly functioning tablet with an excellent battery life, and a perfect screen size for my purposes.I know "refurbished" makes some people antsy, but I have yet to ever buy a refurbished product that didn't work as well as a new one. My biggest concern when buying this was that the battery was going to be worn and not hold a charge. But the battery life is so excellent, I do believe it's as good as a brand new tablet.This is a great purchase, if you want to save a little money, don't hesitate in buying this.Ver másVer menos

solid tablet
I bought four of these Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ tablets last year, and they’ve been great. The 11” screen is a good size, performance is smooth, and the quad speakers sound surprisingly good for a tablet. Storage has been enough for everyday use, and setup was easy. They’ve held up well over time and are reliable for daily use. Overall, a solid tablet and a good value.Ver másVer menos

Expect slow performance outside of watching videos
I bought this Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ refurbished, and while it does technically work as expected, the performance is noticeably slow.For basic use like watching movies or shows, reading books, or browsing light content, it’s fine. The large screen and quad speakers make it decent for media consumption, and that’s really where it performs best.However, outside of that, performance becomes a problem. App loading times are slow, switching between tasks lags, and anything more demanding than basic use takes patience. It’s usable, but not smooth.Gaming is also not great on this device. Even lighter games struggle with performance, and anything more demanding isn’t really practical.Ver másVer menos

Great budget tablet
The large screen is perfect to watch movies on. The tablet being lightweight allows for me to put it in my backpack without too much bulk. The battery life is perfect even if you like to play games on it. It allows for all day use. I used the expandable storage to add an SD card so I can have my large photo collection and edit photos on it. The HD resolution allows for a great image when watching videos. The smooth 90hz refresh rate is a nice perk too. Perfect for a budget tablet with a bunch of high end features.Ver másVer menos

Received Old Tablet instead of New. Returned It.
I was disappointed with this purchase because the tablet I received did not appear to be new. The outer packaging showed signs of having been opened previously, and some of the protective materials that are normally included with a new device were either missing or improperly applied. There were also fingerprints and minor cosmetic marks on the tablet that made it seem like it had been handled before being shipped to me.As for the device itself, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ is a capable tablet with a large display and decent speakers for media consumption. However, it's difficult to evaluate the overall value when the condition of the product upon arrival does not match expectations for a new item.When purchasing a product listed as new, I expect factory-sealed packaging and a device that has not been previously used or returned. Receiving a tablet in questionable condition was frustrating, especially for a product from a well-known brand.I may have simply received an isolated return or fulfillment error, but based on my experience, I would recommend carefully inspecting the tablet upon arrival and verifying that all accessories, packaging, and protective materials are present and in new condition.Ver másVer menos
