Great laptop, questionable accessories
Computer works great! However, charging cord provided does not work and unable to request replacement without returning the entire purchase. The charger supplied does not actually go with the computer as the computer does not have a matching port. They did provide an attachment to use, but it still does not charge the laptop.Ver másVer menos

Charge port does not work!
Not happy because my son opened it up today for his birthday and was only able to play on it for a while because it died. Wife tried to charged it but the port did not work. So when I got home after working a 13 hour shift I was able to get it to charge from the other c type port which is not the correct spot but it’s working for now. Trying to see if it will fully charge it but if it doesn’t then I will be asking for a replacement or a return!!! Not satisfied with this purchase!!!Ver másVer menos

Love it ! Perfect Size ! Great Screen !
Great 14 in laptop....make sure you go to settings and update all the windows updates even the additional optional ones, takes some time and restart your device several times, also do a full security scan to make sure...takes patience, but now it's perfect, windows 11 pro is working alright, if you see a blue screen just click continue anyway, windows 11 stll has problems to fix, but they will fix them, have patience....Laptop looks like new, screen is great, fast machine, was a great choice....plus saved alot of money!Seller packed the item very well and delivery came in 2 days...thank you very much. :)*Edit Update...I had a few glitches, but it's with windows 11, not the laptop, so wait until all the updates are installed before returning it, another windows 11 fix is coming May 12/25...windows is known for there problems on new versions, takes time to fix all the problems.*Edit 2: May 27...all updated and working well :)Ver másVer menos

So far so good. Haven’t given it the proper tests yet but it boots up quick. Great keyboard action and solid design.
