Deep light hydration for improved barrier health!!
Holy smokes! From someone who was skeptical on the essence trend, this stuff has become a holy grail product for barrier health and deep hydration. It’s transformed my skin, promoting healing of post acne lesions and just overall barrier health, allowing for increased use of actives and NO BREAKOUTS. This is wild for skin like mine!I was desperate for something to help hydrate my skin to prevent dry patches at the end of the day and was genuinely surprised at how quickly and well it worked while also being light. My skin just drinks it up and it feels as if it’s penetrating deeper into the epidermis. AND it works well under my moisturizer and spf (colorscience flex). It gives me a glowy from within look and I’ve needed to use less of it and my moisturizer while maintaining hydration throughout the day. Might try to kombucha one but love the antioxidants and caffeine that come with the green tea.I have sensitive, acne prone skin that uses a lot of actives (tret, vit c, glycolic acid etc) so balancing that with barrier repair is crucial. This has upped the game and stress and hormonal flux aside, my skin has never been this happy and healthy and I’m 34.It has a mild green tea milky scent which I was hesitant about but I actually love it. My main concern with scent is potential for breakouts and a skin reaction, but this only proved to be a positive to my skin care routine. Highly recommend if you have sensitive skin struggling to stay hydrated throughout the day (and thus compromising your barrier!).Ver másVer menos
