Clunky setup but amazing performance once working
Pros: extremely comfortable to wear for long periods of time, crystal clear sound, amazing wireless range, charging cradle is very easy to use (compared to my old poly savi headset), amazing focused microphone-no one can hear loud construction noise or dogs barking. Somehow all background noise is completely eliminated.Cons: very confusing to initially set up. I actually had ChatGPT help walk me through several solutions until I got it to work. Big issue is the on/off button on the headset. It is not clearly marked on the unit or in the documentation. Obviously it has to be on to work but it took a long time to find the button. Why does it have an on/off button anyway?? Next, windows didn’t recognize the new headset. It wa there briefly but disappeared. I finally figured out that I had to unplug and plug in the USB cord a few times to get it to recognize the new headset. Overall, this took about 20-25 minutes to get it working. It should be a simple plug and play and take a minute or two. Now it works 99% of the time with no issues. Once in a while I don’t get audio and have to fiddle with it to connect but that is rare.Despite the setup issues, I still recommend this headset. Nice headset for W
Great headset, especially for Teams calls. Works very similarly to the one I have in office. Pleased with the price and functionality. Can cause some slight ear pain after wearing on extremely long calls (multi-hour), but otherwise comfortable.

They fall off every time you lean forward
Great range but don’t lean forward. They will fall off EVERY TIME. Without exception. Best range I have ever had but rating as is as they fall off. Not a good fit at all.

Comfortable and Reliable with Great Performance
This is a very good headset. The fit is comfortable and loose enough that it does not put pressure on my head, even when worn for longer periods of time. The sound quality is solid both for Teams meetings and for listening to music on my computer, which makes it versatile for work and casual use.One thing that really stood out was the connection strength. I walked across the office all the way to the other side of the building and the audio stayed clear without any dropouts. The DECT and Bluetooth combination gives excellent range and flexibility.Overall, this headset is comfortable, reliable, and delivers strong performance whether you are on calls or just enjoying music. Great headset
I bought these to replace a headset that I had been using since covid. These surpassed my expectations and they are great for long conference calls. In general, I can wear them all day and not have to worry about the battery. I use these with Microsoft Teams, so the interaction with Teams is great. I can easily mute and unmute by raising/lowering the boom. I love all the configurability options too. Finally, with these I can wonder through my house and they don't cut out like the other one did when I went to get coffee.Ver másVer menos

Amazing Headset

Hot, sweaty ears
These seem pretty good, but my goodness do my ears get hot. There is no cooling at all and no air flow.

Reliable and Crystal Clear
After running through multiple headsets this one has been solid. My partner works from home as a call centre rep and needs a reliable headset to take calls. We've gone through several cheap, and a few expensive wired models from the big name brands - these all stopped working thanks to either my cat who believes the rubberized coating is delicious or internal wire breakages causing the headset to disconnect when moving in certain ways.This headset resolves all these issues. We got the teams version which also registers as a default windows sound device so it works with my partner's work software. After setting up the dock the first impressive aspect is that it uses standard (replaceable) USB C and DC Barrel power adapters in case any curious cats want to go for it. After connecting the base we set it up on our personal computer, installing the configuration software and updating the firmware, we also made sure to connect the headset itself with USB C and updates it's firmware as well. The configuration is saved on device so no special software is needed on her work computer.The best thing about this headset is that it uses DECT and not Bluetooth for it's wireless connection which has been 100% rock solid. No disconnects, no connection issues, or degraded calls. Reliable enough for a call intensive job. We haven't tested the headset's additional Bluetooth connection but it's a nice fallback or additional option if we wanted to take a call on a standard cell phone. The battery lasts multiple days and charges fast so forgetting to dock it isn't an issue either. Docking is easy simply guide the headphone down into the dock, though I wish it used more of a cradle system with smooth contact points; this one gets the job done.I am extremely impressed with this headset and will likely pickup a second one for my own setup so I don't have to use my bulky gaming headset for the odd call. I wish the quality and finish of the headphones was a bit better but these are nice, light and don't feel like they'll fall apart and not enough to dock a star.Ver másVer menos

Leider keine richtige Anleitung für das Anschließen des Gerätes. Funktioniert nicht mit der Telefon Annahme. Keine Service Stelle um Fragen zu beantworten oder Probleme zu klären.
