So many things to say and only good. The smith machine itself is really good for the price. Coop from garage gym reviews has a video on it and he praised it as well. I’m a 6 foot tall guy so it is a little small when it comes to squatting but absolutely still useable so don’t let that turn you off.The smith machine is smooth and although it obviously feels cheaper than a $1500 version at the gym, it’s surprisingly sturdy. The pulley system works fine as well. Probably wouldn’t hurt to upgrade it at some point but if you’re respectful with it I suspect it will last a very long time.Overall I’m very happy with the actual machine. What really shines is this sellers customer service. I live in an area where the fedex sorting facility is TERRIBLE. There are news articles about them losing packages constantly and people are opening a suit against fedex. So the original package was lost. They sent another out straight away and although that was also lost, fedex finally found it. It took right at a month to arrive but none of that was the sellers fault. In fact not only did they ship another box, they refunded me $15 simply for the inconvenience. And it wasn’t an inconvenience caused by them. They responded daily and I honestly feel like providing good customer service is a priority for them. I never felt like a bother or a second thought.I cannot recommend buying from them enough.
