Amazing relief after a long day!
I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this foot massager exceeded my expectations. Small, But Mighty! Powerful Massager.
Very high powered foot massager! I love that it has 10 intensity settings and a setting to have the massager balls move up and down the foot. It's wireless and rechargeable via USB, so it's great it doesn't require batteries. I like the popup floor stand to get a nice angle. I sit at my desk and work while it massages at the end of the day. It's smaller and compact so it slides easily under my desk or couch. It's a little loud, so you definitely hear it when it's turned on. Anyone in the room will know you're massaging your feet. I use it just at home, so the volume isn't an issue at all. I'm impressed with the power that this machine packs! I've only had it for a few days, but and look forward to using it for recovery as I train for my next half marathon.Ver másVer menos

Does NOT work if you are heavy!!
The first one I bought was totally defective and banging loudly like crazy, and the massager wouldn't even move at all.Although a replacement was sent quickly without problem, the "working" product sent to me apparently does NOT work if you are heavy! I am 250+ lbs, and if you just sit on the couch with your legs and feet just resting on this massager, it DOESN'T work! The massage heads start beeping in distress and won't move. In order to get any massage, you have to either sit with just your heels resting on the back end, and hold tension with your toes raised to even let it move under your feet. And if you have even any hope of your heels getting massaged, you have to put your weight on your toes, and flex your calves to hold your heels up so they can be touched. Sorry, if I can't even just let my legs even rest and have my feet massaged, it's worthless.I only bought this because it was FSA eligible, and I needed to spend some money at the end of the year or lose it, and I'm completely disappointed! Excellent massager
I love this massager, it has several intensity levels, and gives you the option whether you want a targeted setting or up and down movement with the massage balls. It’s wireless and rechargeable via USB, so it's great it doesn't require batteries which makes it even more awesome and it comes with remote.Definitely does the job!Ver másVer menos

Great Item, questionable Customer Service
Absolutely amazing and my feet loves this! The only reason for a 4 vs 5 stars is that I cannot reach customer service to ask questions. That a big issue not being able to reach someone. The foot massager is so powerful and makes my feel feel wonderful.

It would have been better with some sort of cushion or made the nodes out of softrubber. It wasn’t just me but my husband and grown son said the same thing. Owwy! We use a folded towel until we find something better. It does work out the knots so I am keeping it until something better comes out.Ver másVer menos

Great addition to my pilates and yoga routine
I've been using this ball for my sciatica pain: I put it between my lower back and the wall and kind of move back and forth while pressing on it. It's been a real godsend and has allowed me to do my gym routine without excruciating pain afterwards. And because of its small size, I don't have to deflate it to fit it into my gym bag.One big plus is that, unlike a lot of other PVC items, there was no bad smell when I first unpacked it. I know that smell always gets aired out eventually, but it's always a shock to open a brand new item and be hit in the face with a stench, and then have to wait for the stench to go away. Useful foot massage item
This is a hard, rubber ball. It bounces well, and it also offers good massage to the foot arches. I have been learning to run, and I’ve been trying to get on my small treadmill a few days a week, and out in the fields. As I’m not a hardened runner yet, I do get a few aches in my feet, where they are not used to the surfaces. I do have some spikey balls, but that are quite aggressive, so when I used this smooth ball, I found it to be a lot more forgiving, albeit hard enough when you wanted to put a bit more pressure into the massage. This really helps!
I wasn't quite convinced this would help but it does.Podiatrist says to use a small water bottle as a roller/roll my feet back and forth for relieving tension. I do not buy bottled water so could not follow up.This came along and......it works!It is a pretty hefty ball (wouldn't want to get hit with it) about the size of a tennis ball but only has a very slight "give" to it when squeezed. You cannot squeeze/press it flat as it has a solid core.I placed it on the floor under my arch and......rolled away.It really starts to warm the soles up just through the pressing (ie massage) action. My feet were very warm after just a few minutes of rolling this ball around on the floor under my arch while sitting reading the paper. There is no friction involved (you could do this barefoot), just the massaging action between ball and sole of foot. This "massage" increases blood flow (hence the warmth) and thus helps to relax muscles.Takes no effort to do this several times a day. No idea how long this will take to fully accomplish my goals but for immediate results (albeit it minor to start), I'm hopeful.5* as I noted immediate improvements.Ver másVer menos

Great!
This massage ball arrived quickly and was packaged simply in a bubble wrap envelope. No flaws noted, the surface is soft and extremely smooth. It's got some weight to it and feels very dense.It's a good size for targeting knots and tension! I've used it for about 5 min, three times a day for the past few days and have really noticed that my neck and shoulder region feel more loose than they did before. This is my first time using a massage ball, so it took a few minutes of internet research to see which positions/"exercises" would be best for me. Better than a tennis ball!
This deep tissue massage ball from Lifechill is a better choice than using a tennis ball. First, it is a firmer ball, so it maintains it's shape better and is able to really focus the pressure where it's needed. Second, it has a rubber surface that is grippy enough to stay where it's needed while using it on a wall or the floor. It doesn't leave marks, and it will pick up a bit of lint, but it's easy enough to wash clean. Finally, it's just the right size to give pressure where needed without being too focused.Overall, I've found this ball to be highly effective at treating muscles in my hip, glutes, and lower back. My massage therapist recommended using a ball at home in between treatments and I've found this to be a better choice than a tennis ball. I consider this ball to be a reasonable price for getting effective relief that can be used for years to come.Ver másVer menos
