Absolutely worth it
Absolutely worth it for postpartum recovery. The quality of everything in this kit is amazing and it made me feel so much more comfortable after giving birth. The peri bottle works so much better than the hospital one, the disposable underwear is soft and stretchy, and the cooling pads were a lifesaver. Everything feels thoughtfully designed for new moms. I would 100% recommend this to any pregnant woman preparing for postpartum recoveryVer másVer menos

Amazing
I’m in love with the Frida Mom postpartum products. After I had my first baby via c-section, I just used whatever the hospital gave me. That was fine. No complaints at the time. But after my second baby delivered via VBAC, my husband bought this for me and I was floored by the difference in quality. The handheld bidet has such a nice nozzle and it really helps gently wash away all the post birth ick. The disposable undies are SO comfy and they’re tight and stay put while also being so stretchy and breathable. The witch hazel foam is very soothing and cooling and I feel like it has helped everything heal faster. Kind of pricy, but it feels like luxury for your vagina. Worth it after such a traumatic bodily process lolVer másVer menos

A MUST HAVE FOR PP CARE
These are the best products!! Preferred these over everything my hospital gave me. The boy shorts are also the most comfortable I wore PP. I think it’s worth the money to buy this set for PP.

A Lifesaver Gift Every New Mom Truly Needs
I recently paired this Frida Mom 11pc Postpartum Essentials Kit with a few other new-mom goodies for a friend, and it ended up being one of the most appreciated gifts in her entire hospital bag. She said it was the one thing she didn’t realize she needed until she had it—and now she recommends it to every expecting mom she knows. What makes this kit so valuable:🌸 Thoughtfully curated for real postpartum recoveryPostpartum can be overwhelming, especially for first-time moms who aren’t sure what to expect. This kit takes the guesswork out of healing. Everything inside is purposeful and mom-tested, which brings a lot of comfort during those first weeks.❄️ Ice maxi pads = instant reliefThese were her absolute favorite item. They provide soothing cooling without any mess or hassle—one of those little luxuries that makes a huge difference when your body is doing the hard work of healing.🩲 Comfortable, practical disposable underwearForget the awkward hospital mesh. These are soft, stretchy, and actually stay in place. She told me they helped her feel more comfortable and secure, especially during those early days of heavy postpartum bleeding.💧 The peri bottle & liners are game changersEven something as simple as going to the bathroom can feel intimidating after birth. The phrasing might be funny, but the relief isn’t—this peri bottle is genuinely designed to make things easier. The cooling foam and pad liners add another layer of gentle comfort.🎁 A gift that feels supportive and thoughtfulIt’s not just a “nice to have”—it’s one of those gifts that shows you truly care about what a new mom is going through. My friend said it made her feel seen, supported, and a little more prepared during a vulnerable phase. If you’re putting together a hospital bag gift or want to give something incredibly practical and truly appreciated, this kit is a standout. It’s the kind of gift that makes a real difference in a new mom’s recovery—both physically and emotionally.Ver másVer menos

Good kit
Very helpful after birth. The underwear was okay. I didn’t realize it WASNT absorbent. Not sure why because that defeats the purpose of having to wear a pad… everything else was useful

SOOO AMAZING!
This was hands-down one of the most valuable purchases I made for my postpartum recovery. As a first-time mom, I had no idea what I’d actually need after delivery, and this kit truly covers all the bases in a way that feels thoughtful, practical, and honestly… comforting.Every single item feels intentionally designed for real recovery—not just a generic bundle. The upside-down peri bottle is a game changer (why hospitals don’t all provide this exact design is beyond me), and the instant ice maxi pads were a lifesaver in those first few days. The disposable underwear is surprisingly comfortable and far better than the mesh ones provided at the hospital. Even the perineal healing foam and witch hazel liners felt soothing and easy to use, especially when everything feels overwhelming. What really stood out to me is how this kit made me feel cared for during a time when all the attention shifts to the baby. It gave me a sense of preparedness and dignity during recovery, which is something you don’t realize you’ll need until you’re in it.If you’re building your hospital bag or looking for a gift for an expecting mom, this is absolutely worth it. It takes the guesswork out of postpartum care and replaces it with real, tangible support. I’d give it more than five stars if I could.Ver másVer menos

Second pregnancy I’m buying this for and it’s an absolute MUST HAVE for me 🙏🏼💯
Title says the meat of the review; I’m on my second pregnancy (5-years apart, mind you!) and this is one of the first things I started searching for on my Amazon to-buy list 👀💯It’s incredibly effective, have everything you would need (though I personally get some more Frida extras to stack with it, like the Frida pain relief spray that doesn’t come in this kit), and better than the stuff they give you at hospitals. The Instant Ice Maxi pads especially? *chefs kiss* 😚 🤌🏼My due date is in about 7.5 weeks and I’m stacking my supplies early 🙏🏼 HIGHLY recommend this brand and product for postpartum mamas out there! 🫶🏼Ver másVer menos

Very practical and useful for postpartum recovery
I found this set to be really helpful for postpartum recovery, and on sale it was a good value. The disposable underwear are much better fitting (in my opinion) than the mesh ones given in the hospital. The peri bottle is easier to use, too. The witch hazel wipes/inserts for placing on pads are much more practical than the circular witch hazel pads given at hospitals or sold separately in stores. They stay put better when trying to get things in place. Those, layered with the perifoam is also really useful and provides a lot of relief. My only criticism is that it didn’t come with larger/wider pads, because in the first few days, bleeding is much heavier and wide/long pads are necessary to absorb everything and keep it from becoming a mess. I would definitely purchase the set again if it were on sale, though. It’s a much better value than buying separately, and most of the products are higher quality than what’s provided in hospital.Ver másVer menos

Alittle over rated
It’s over rated, the panties are not free size, I’m size L and they are very tight , didn’t use, then the pads are so uncomfortable and bulky, definitely not worth buying.
