my salvation
This kit was my salvation. I had a natural birth, so I tore and they had to stitch me. The pain and burning were intense, and the discomfort was horrible. At first, I was afraid to use it because I was afraid it would burn when I applied it. I used these Fresh Sensation products four days after giving birth. In the end, I regretted not doing so at least from the second day on. As soon as I used it, I felt so relieved and relaxed. The moisture-wicking pads helped so much when I applied them with the cold gel. I even used them about three times a day in the first few days, and then only two or one times a day afterward. They come in the exact amount needed for the recovery process, so I still had some left over after the pain passed. The disposable underwear worked well. Personally, I reused them since I washed them daily and they dried very quickly in the open air. I don't think you need more, even if you do smudge some. My only recommendation is to be careful with the amount of spray you apply. At first, it worked really well for me, but then it started to burn when I applied it.
