  Got these just before the RAMPOCOLYPSE.

  Works great. I use my PC for gaming and video/image editing, plus miscellaneous multitasking. I had to power cycle my PC two times for it to fully recognize the new configuration, but that seems to be a quirk of newer motherboard platforms.EXPO II did not function correctly with the Asus TUF GAMING X870-PLUS BIOS version that I'm on, but EXPO I works perfectly with the correct speed and timings. Boot times are swift, it runs stable at the advertised speeds, and they aren't ridiculously big and flashy.Ver másVer menos

  Works perfectly with my 8700G—easy EXPO setup

  I ordered the black 2×32GB 6000 MHz UDIMMs (without RGB) about a week ago, and delivery to the other side of the world was impressively fast. I don’t notice a speed difference versus my previous RAM, but the doubled capacity fixed my system’s memory limits.I was concerned because my motherboard manufacturer’s QVL only listed compatibility with 9000-series CPUs for this part number, not the 8700G. Fortunately, it works flawlessly on my setup:Motherboard: B650 AORUS ELITE AX V2CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 8700GSetup was straightforward: I unplugged the PC, reset the BIOS, enabled EXPO 1, and it’s running at 6000 MHz without issues.   Works great! Expo settings work. Do not need to manually edit the speed. Reputable brand! Bought when the price was low.

  Kingston DDR5 6000MHz – Great Performance and Value

  So far, these sticks are performing exactly as advertised. Installation was straightforward—I upgraded from 32GB, and everything went smoothly.I was able to achieve lower CAS timings of 28-36-36-54-88 at 1.4V and have attached a Zen Timings screenshot for reference. Initially, I had a small issue when swapping out my old RAM, but after resetting my BIOS, everything worked flawlessly. That was on me, not the kit itself.For stability, I ran OCCT for an hour, and the system remained rock solid. I could push the timings down to 26, but since I don’t want to increase the voltage, I’m happy with where it’s at.Overall, an excellent kit for the price. Thanks, Kingston!Ver másVer menos

  Dual Rank, but my MSI X670E Carbon could still drive it at expo #1: 6000MT/s 30-36-36 1.4V

  People, be careful out there.  This applies to what I purchased:My purchased version (64GB kit of 2x32GB Dimms) is indeed the 6000 MT/s, BUT your motherboard/cpu might not be able to default to that because of it being dual rank.  Note: Dual rank IS NOT dual channel.If you don't understand dual rank, don't worry, very few people seem to currently.....basically think of it as dual sided memory, and this requires most motherboard/cpu combinations to slow down their access----the 2nd rank causes more internal processing.  So I had to tell the mobo to drive it specifically at 6000MT/s and it worked in my case.  Your mobo/cpu might not.Here's how to tell ranks: Look on the manufacturer website for the exact model....it will USUALLY tell you.BUT, amazon listings *sometimes* tell you, as it did here.  In this case each 32GB dimm was listed as having a density of 16Gbit.  Think of 8 Gbit chips on a side (to make 16 gigaBYTES) and this would mean there would have to be two ranks of such 8x16Gbit chips.  That 8 might be 9 or more depending upon error correction or parity, but leave that concept be for now:1st Dimm: Side (rank) #1: 8 chips of 16Gbits = 16GB1st Dimm: Side (rank) #2: 8 chips of 16Gbits = 16GB(So Dimm 1 is 32GB total, but dual rank)(Apply same for 2nd Dimm)Ideally you'd look for 32GB dims that had 32Gbit density (single rank) for the fastest rated speed your cpu/mobo could handle.  But those are only barely coming out right now.So I opted for this (32GB dual rank), and my Mobo/CPU worked:CPU: AMD 9800X3DMOBO: MSI X670 MPG Carbon WifiVer másVer menos
