  Great mat, but packaging was disappointing.

  I bought this as a craft video backdrop, and the neutral grey is perfect—great for white balance and works beautifully with the colors I use. I have a similar mat on my desk, minus the cork.My only complaint is the packaging. The mat was rolled loosely with no tie, so it arrived creased and took a lot of effort to flatten. The box looked beaten up, and unlike the previous mat I purchased, this one wasn’t in a plastic bag. It seems like a returned item. I don’t mind buying ‘used–like new,’ but it should be disclosed.
