Great product natural sleep aid
These really help me fall asleep , I take prescription meds and other prescription that are all suppose to make you sleepy, not me cant believe these kick in and I fall asleep. I asked Dr. and said ," I take 4 ?his Answer was Ive been treating you for 20+ yrs through chemo several times. Nothings made me sleep for more than doze of a few minutes, never getting anywhere close to 1 hr sleep maybe accumulated throught entire night 1 -1.5 hrs total "SO HIS ANSWER WAS TAKE 4 OF THE NATURAL TABLET IF IT MAKES YOU SLEEP FOR A LITTLE LONGER!!
