  Really Well Made Canopy Tent Highly Recommend this brand and tent!!!🏕️

  Oh my goodness What a Super nice Canopy Tent!!!! We purchased this particular Crown Shades Tent for durability, ease of use, good ventilation, & nice Appearance!! Great Packaging with storing and ease of transportation!!!! It seems to be very easy to Raise up to use and lower to put back in the storage bag!!! Nice it Rolls with two wheels! It really is easier with at least two people to put it up….We just try to be careful with any canopy so it will last longer!!Ver másVer menos

  very nice size and easy to put up

  this is a great canopy, my first one came and there was a tiny tear in the cover so I asked for a replacement. the only inconvenient part was that I had to send the whole canopy back ( which was very hard to get back in the box) instead of being sent a new canopy top. It would have been easy to just exchange the top part.Ver másVer menos

  Quick and easy setup and take down.

  Compared to the last canopy I had been using for the farmer's stand, this 12x12 Crown Shades model is so easy to set up and take down. The center pin connection that automatically expands all four legs simultaneously, and essentially assembles the canopies top, leaves only the height adjustment and securing the canopy to the ground. A six foot person can walk in and out without ducking or hitting their head to view the displayed fresh produce. Once collapsed and bagged back up, the handle and wheels make moving it back to the vehicle after a long, busy day way better, too, because I don't need to carry it. The boss likes mine so much, he wants one for himself to replace his rickety unit... which means I'll be buying another one very soon.Ver másVer menos

  Quality is no longer there.

  I ordered one 4 months ago and absolutely loved it, so ordered a 2nd one. What a huge disappointment! Material is thinner and doesn't have the silver backed lining to reflect hear, nor does it have the tabs that hold the material in place when closing it. I wanted to use it in conjunction with my other one, but they also changed the bottom to have a curve now so it doesn't match the older style canopy. All this while paying $100 more for it then I did 4 months ago. I would not recommend this any longer. Like most companies, they have cheapened their product and raised their price considerably. They did have the best on the market, but the quality they put out now, you can go to another brand and get the same thing for much less. Save your money and shop elsewhere.Update: I called customer service. They did tell me that there were design changes made. Their Amazon team was quick to reach out to me and was very helpful. I am still waiting to hear back to see if they have any of the older style canopies in stock. They are a good company to deal with. I just hope that maybe the one they sent me was an incomplete prototype and they are still producing them as they did 4 months ago.Ver másVer menos

  Great Product with Outstanding Customer Service

  This product exceeded my expectations. Delivery was prompt and uneventful for this item. This is my first outdoor tent, and I find it easy to put up and store after use. Two of the legs have wheels making it easy to roll instead of carrying it to its standing location. The canopy is well made and sturdy enough for multiple uses over time. I normally don't order products from third party vendors or items not shipped directly from Amazon. After doing a little research I decided to gamble on this product and order from the seller. After putting up the tent, I noticed an issue and had to contact the seller. The response was prompt with some of the best customer service I ever received on Amazon.com.   Roomy canopy

  I bought this for an outdoor music festival, and it was perfect. I've used it for two different festivals now, each time the canopy was up for 4-5 days. It never blew away, which was my main concern. If it gets really windy, you can lower the height of the canopy to make it more stable. That, combined with heavy duty stakes and sand bags, kept me from having any issues with it. It comes with sand bags, but I wish the handles were sturdier. I hold them from the bottom to avoid tears, but the sand stays put and doesn't leak. The canopy is relatively easy to set up. The beige color is nice, and the size meant plenty of room underneath for several people to sit and hang out. I hung curtains from the sides for privacy and shade and added some lights for ambiance, and it became a really nice place to relax. It did rain a few times, but I didn't notice any leakage. The worst part of the canopy is the weight. It's really heavy, but that to me means it's sturdy. It's just hard to load and unload in and out of the car. It's not impossible for one person, but two people make it much easier to move and set up.Ver másVer menos
