Good quality, Great customer service
I’ve been using this brand of microphones and audio equipment for many years. I’ve had this microphone for almost 2 years now, it still works perfectly fine. This is by far the best budget microphone for the price. It comes with a usb-c cord with a usb-a adapter for your pc. It also has a usb-c port, and an xlr port. It was super easy to plug and play, with no additional installations like drivers or anything. It sounds clear and works great. It has a little mini tripod, but if you have a boom arm, it’s easily adjustable to the direction you want it to be. It has volume sliders in the back for gain levels.The only issue I’ve ever had was the mute button, it came off of the spring. I emailed FIFINE within 1 year of purchasing this specific microphone for that issue. The spring still muted and unmuted the microphone, so it was a small issue, but it was definitely an inconvenience. I use a mixer that I bought from them, so I don’t have to mess with the mute button spring anyway. Instead of them just sending me the 3d printed piece that probably would have cost them $0.10, they sent me a whole new microphone for FREE. I didn’t even have to send back this one to the company. Their customer service was great! I got an email response within a WHOPPING 30 minutes. That’s the fastest customer service I’ve ever seen.
