Excellent Laptop
This laptop is excellent because it runs Windows 11 Version 25H2. The battery lets me use my laptop for hours at a time without recharging. The size of the screen is bigger than my previous laptop

Almost unusable, it is so slow
Gave 1 star because it came fast, wasn't broken and did start up, but that is the end of the positive. I wanted to like this Laptop, wasn't expecting much for the price, Just wanted a laptop for basic files \and using internet like amazon. However, this Laptop is just about unusable as it is so slow. Easier to order stuff from Amazon and work on files with my 5 year old iPhone. Takes 5 minutes to open basic documents or web pages. It appears to come with a ton of tracking programs form HP and who know what from what others, even so it has a decent GHZ processor and 4 GB RAM, shouldn't be a problem, maybe if you were a IT guy you could figure out how and what to delete to make it faster. , Stay away from this product, waste of money. Best for its price.
At first, reading negative reviews, I was discouraged and no longer wanted to order this machine, but as luck would have it, I nevertheless placed the order, the order was delivered one day before the date, well packaged everything was new in addition to ease of use, I tell myself that following the little voice in my head makes me happy today, at such a low price, more than 30GB of storage left after installing Microsoft, best charger, battery is super good because it holds charge, keys work 👍🏻, everything is in good condition and works properly, the only problem is that you can't open up to 5 to 7 windows, and this should be understood by people without explaining why, the few windows that open should be enough for everyone, in addition to giving 5 seconds to each search on browsers. feature rich, useable laptop
A decent laptop with a ton of features. Works pretty much as expected, however it loses a star because the touchpad is GOD AWFUL! Otherwise , not a bad deal and worth the price!

Amazing customer service!!!
I have to comment to the customer service of this company. I worried I was being had when I got a windows 11 touchscreen at such an amazing price. When it came in and had the "no bookable device" error and "no hard drive detected" I definitely thought I was being taken for a ride. Customer service was quick to provide an exchange and even sent the replacement computer out before I even printed out the return label to drop off the other one. The computer is very nice runs smooth and is everything we need in a laptop for a fraction of a new one. This is the way to go especially if you have kids or a lifestyle that is hard on computers. This is definitely Italy the company you should buy from as they came through in a clutch situationVer másVer menos
