Price and quality
I've been using the Moto G stylus 23023 4G, and it is a solid phone for the price. Although listed as renewed, it arrived in new condition with no signs of use, aside from the plain packaging. The built in stylus is great for note taking. It handles all task smoothly with zero lag for daily tasks. The camera is great for works well, but noticed that it struggles in low light. Battery life last all day with moderate use and the fast charge has it back to full in no time. For a budget phone this is a great option!Ver másVer menos

Not recomended unless masocistic
Could not use the phone sent to me due to this company not checking for the most basic thing. Turn the phone on previous users password still on phone. It's inoperable to me. Been dealing with this for an entire weekend and on Tuesday this company in fancy language told me "get bent". Do not order if you need a working phone in a timely manner. This is one of the company hiding behind amazon because they couldn't function on their on merit.Ver másVer menos

Refurbished version (slow charge)
I just bought this.I bought the 2023 version. Refurbished (excellent)I like that it is smaller than the 2022 version. The 2023 version is the perfect size for my small hands. It charges slow. Even for rapid charge. 20% to 29% in 2 hoursI wish the Amazon listing matched the actual specs. The Amazon listing says 64GB but the actual specs says 128GB memory storage. No biggie......I can put a memory card in.I had the 2022 version of the stylus phone. I hated it because it was to big for my small hands. But, I liked having a stylus pen and the notepad app.I needed a new phone because I drove over mine on accident and cracked the screen.Ver másVer menos

Phone works but was wrong, seller not recommended
The phone is definitely a step up from my Moto G Play 2023 backup (cracked my S25 Ultra and can't replace it yet). It's a bit snappier, with a little less lag. The device seemed almost new as far as the condition goes. Battery came in at 1%, so I had to charge it. Transferring data was actually quite seamless from the previous phone. If the right device had come (unlocked, 128GB storage), I might have kept this device. It says clearly on the listing and description it's supposed to be 128GB and unlocked, but it came to me with Tracfone software support (seemingly locked to Tracfone) even though it does seem compatible with my carrier US Mobile.Regarding the stylus part: it is kind of a metal-looking mesh, not one of those plastic nibs like the S pens have. I don't mind not having the pressure sensitivity, but it isn't nearly as precise in terms of the writing itself. For what I paid, I guess that's to be expected. The price was too good to pass up, so I bought it. Since it's not what I was told I was getting, I am sending it back.Ver másVer menos
