  Performance Impact

  Love this product. I was training for and ran a half marathon this year. I used these gels to help fuel. They taste great, are easy to use, have a great texture, and have an incredible impact. The health impact was very noticeable for me. In my long runs, these gels would give me a much needed boost of energy. They are easy to digest and get to. Depending on your effort, the effect can last quite a while. They were definitely a game changer for my prep and race.   BPN is elite

  BPN is the best. Ive been using these for a year now and I love them so much. No weird artificial ingredients, just the good stuff you need for training. This apple cinnamon flavor tastes just like applesauce, I actually crave it. Doesnt upset my belly at all (because again, no weird stuff like the others) Great value and give you the supplementation you need on long workouts.Ver másVer menos

  the BEST gels!!

  BPN GO gel Apple Cinnamon flavor are only gels I will use in a race. I have run countless half marathons over the last four years and recently my first marathon. I have tried 20+ gel brands and I will ALWAYS and forever recommend BPN. The texture and consistency is good and I have never gotten a stomach ache from these gels. They go down easily and taste good too. I would compare the flavor to the Apple Cinnamon go-go squeeze. They are a bit pricier, but very much worth it especially for race days.Ver másVer menos

  Great taste and easy to digest

  Highly recommend for anyone with sensitive stomachs. These powered me through a 64k ultramarathon in Madeira.

  Awesome but expensive

  These are my favorite gels for running that I've had so far. They have natural ingredients, they taste great, and they have an appropriate nutrient profile for endurance activities (particularly with the sodium too).I've seen some people complaining about the consistency, but that's one of my favorite features about these. They are quite liquidy, allowing for me to quickly and easily get them down.My one critique is that they are quite expensive, almost the same price as maurten gels which are seen as the most expensive gel option, as I understand it.Perhaps as the company continues to grow + with economies of scale, this price can be brought down. But regardless, I will continue to buy them at this price as they are my favorite. Would recommend giving them a try.Ver másVer menos
