Safe and effective
Super easy to set up! The doorbell works amazingly, even though it’ll take a bit of testing before we adjust the motion sensing. The floodlights are extremely bright as well. I didn’t realize it had a siren function until I set it up in the app so that was cool.Ver másVer menos

Great features

Ring Floodlight
Are fantastic; they have excellent image quality, cover a wide area, and you can use them without paying for the app.

Works great
Alerts me when someone pulls down my driveway, when someone is on my porch, and when there’s a package left on the porch. It also specifies “motion detected” and “person detected”

MIGHT NEED A ROUTER EXTENDER
I only gave "Motion Detection" 3 stars because I have a 1400 sq foot home, the main WIFI router is at the other end of the house from where both the doorbell and floodlight are mounted. I had one WIFI extender centrally located in the middle of the house, but I found that the "motion detected" notice was sporadic and also would get "cannot connect" So I just purchased a 2nd WIFI extender and placed it in the garage closest to the Floodlight then kept the doorbell linked to the first extender in the livingroom. It has only been a couple of days but it does seem to have made a difference, I can "watch live" and they both connect MUCH faster now. I did hardwire both of them and was relatively simple to install, but can say if you are not a fan or don't know anything about electrical you might want to have an expert install at least the floodlight because there are three wires to contend with where as the doorbell only has one.Ver másVer menos
