Function Over Fashion, and I'm Fine With That
When this lamp arrived, my first thought was that it looked like something borrowed from a dentist's office, an architect's desk, or possibly a low-budget science fiction movie.My wife immediately clamped it onto her pottery worktable and declared it perfect.As it turns out, she was right. The adjustable arms make it easy to position the light exactly where it's needed, and it does an excellent job of filling in the shadows on cloudy days or late afternoons when natural light isn't cooperating. The light is bright, even, and makes it easier to see texture, details, and surface work without constantly repositioning pieces.It's not the most conventional-looking lamp I've ever seen, but after watching it in use for a while, I stopped noticing how it looked and started appreciating how well it worked. It allows me to position the light exactly where I need it, whether I'm working along the fretboard, inspecting fret ends, or doing wiring inside a control cavity. good work light for desk workbench.
Nice light with four levels of brightness and four different degrees of color warmth. Daylight to warm yellow. I use at my desk for model building and like the fact that it reaches over and across my workspace which helps reduce shadows.

May work for you, but not as robust as pictured/described.
Not as expected. While these work - they droop a lot. Causing the first section (with the switches) to have to be nearly vertical to support the arms. If you have at any type of angle beyond 30 degrees from vertical - the lamp parts start to slowly descend.I may or may not return these - If I can get someone to respond I may try to tighten them - since if they worked they would be ok, but my initial reaction is poor.Ver másVer menos
