Don’t hesitate… this is the blue shampoo you need!
I was honestly surprised with how well this shampoo toned my hair (a little too well haha). I asked my bestie how to do it because she went to school to be a hairdresser. She told me to put it on dry hair and leave it for 30-45 minutes. We were on FaceTime and we got to talking and I accidentally left it in for an hour and ten minutes!? So, when I rinsed it out, my ends were a violet color. It’s no big deal since it will fade out pretty fast. I was afraid it wasn’t going to do anything because my hair was pretty copper peachy toned so I didn’t have high hopes. I will do another round on it next week since I read that you’re only supposed to do it once a week as it can be drying. I do have a pretty severe sunburn on my forehead and hairline so the blue did stick to my peeling skin and my scalp. I would definitely recommend gloves too as it does stain and is extremely messy when applying on the hair. I placed a towel over the entire sink and floor where I was standing and I’m glad I did because it went EVERYWHERE! The formula is pretty runny so just expect that. I’m used to it because the color depositing shampoo that I used to use was like that too. The scent is soooo good like Sunny D or orange Jello. I seriously kept smelling it and was hoping it would stay smelling good like that in my hair but it went away once I washed it out. This stuff works well and I definitely will be buying it again. This is quality shampoo at such a great price. I paid about 18 bucks with tax for this and I’ll probably get 2-3 uses out of it by using it on dry hair. You’d definitely get way more uses out of it on wet hair but I feel like you wouldn’t see as bold of results as you do on dry hair. 10/10 recommend this shampoo! I also love how gentle it is on the scalp too. I was super scared to use it because my scalp is sunburned and it feels like it’s about to just fall off at any moment but I’m glad I used this because it didn’t feel drying at all and it didn’t irritate my poor peeling scalp. I’ll definitely be trying the purple shampoo from Fanola after I get my hair done since it will be blonde and not light brown. I needed the red and orange out of my hair so I can get a faux balayage for my birthday in September so I have a good 2 months before I see my hairdresser but I wanted to be prepared and have neutral toned hair color when I go so she doesn’t have to try to strip or tone my hair to begin with. I think she’ll be happy when I come in with no orange or red in my hair anymore. My hair was originally fire engine red when I started stripping it with vitamin c masks and dish soap a month ago so my hair has definitely come a long way in just one month. Definitely love the Fanola brand and will be repurchasing from their brand in the future! I’d give more stars if I could because I have seriously tried EVERYTHING to remove the color (minus bleach because I don’t want to bleach my hair at home & mess it up). Anyways, 100% buy this! It’s at a good price at 41% off right now. Can’t get any better than that.Ver másVer menos
