  BATTLEFIELD 6 AND 12TB GAME DRIVE WORKED FINE

  Waited for over a full year before leaving review. Actually pretty darn good for a mini pc. Got it back May 2024, been running windows apps with no problems, AAA games. Kinhank and other 12TB game drives through the USB connections with no hiccups. Even hooking up the Retro Shooter lightguns and games worked just fine. Upgrading was easy enough. Changed from 1tb to 4tb NVME and 4tb SSD easily enough. WI-FI working great, consistent speed of over 650 Mbps, more than fast enough for me. Noise is minimal.Thought I'd ran into a problem when Battlefield 6 came out Oct 2025. Installed it on steam...but after upgrading the AMD drivers, played with no problems. So even with the integrated graphics AMD Card, it runs fine.Got this as a portable one in case I want to take it to another room and hook it up on the big screen TV and works great.For a small, versatile, overall price and powerful mini-pc, it is worth it. Switching between using the DP to the HDMI port was easy, even got a DP to HDMI adapter plug to try it on two monitors and ran into no problems.Bluetooth on it works just fine. Attached a small usb hub to stash in the very back of the shelf. mouse, keyboard, others and ran into no issues.Didn't get hot in any way.TIPS: if you play AAA type games, those with over 50gb + sizes, install on the NVME. Other programs or light gaming ones on the SSD. If you run into a problem trying to play AAA games or a brand newer game and it's not running right or stalls. Most likely you just need to update the AMD drivers. Don't bother looking for a specific one for this, just go to the AMD website, download the AMD adrenaline program and once it's installed, it will let you install the latest one right through the software.OOH..other tip like if you play Battlefield 6 and similar games, you will need to go into the BIOS to change to Secure Boot mode. Don't worry, play the game and if not pops up, then you are good to go. If not..it'll tell you.So many mini-pcs out there and for sure more powerful ones and of course..more expensive ones, but for the mid-price one...this one rocks!!!!Ver másVer menos

  Powerful .....Fast

  BEELINK SER 5 Mini Pc. February 1 2025. I have been an Intel man since 1990 and first AMD Ryzen 7 5850 processor since and performs equally or even better than the Intel. It came with 1TB hard drive, 16gb Ram. I wish I would of spent $20 more and had 32GBof RAM installed. The AMD comes with their on graphic card , Randon with a GPU processor 8 core , 16 threads capability. The machine comes wth1GB eithernet slot and Wifi 6 card. Also has Bluetooth 5. AMD software is excellant and monitor CPU and GPU temperature. Plus several other specific monitoring and setting features. I had a difficulty downloading the AMD software and realized it was my AVG security keeping me from downloading, All I did was disabled my internet security and it downloaded successfully. It came with MS Winows 11 Professional, the registration went smoothly and updated windows and security fine, I'm using two out of three monitor ports, one HDMI and HDMI display. I connected USB 3,0, four port extender, for wireless mouse and keyboard and 3.0 flash drive. I also connected to USB 30 port to 1TB hard drive plus a CDVD writable drive for offering wider variety of software.The cooling fans are not noticeable loud and pushes the air straight through the unit removing the heat as it should.My knowledge with PC started in late 80's for work. I went an opened a shop back 1990 with my first computer, apple with 40mB hard drive with floppy drive . Upgraded when internet came out and updated to compact desktop with 14.5kb eithernet modem. Since then, I have had, Hp, Dell and many others desktop manufactures spending 1000s of dollars over my coarse my life.I researched small form pcs for sometime and found Beelink SER5 for $299 offered the most for my buck.I would recommend this pc to anyoneVer másVer menos

  Great little computer.

  I have two of these, bought at separate times. Love them both. The first has been running nonstop for approximately 2 years as a Linux media/game server. Only issues was had to upgrade to 32 Gb Ram. After that server ran so smooth. With the family streaming and playing games at the same time have only used less than half the CPU. Granted can't do fancy streaming with all the transcoding and such but for a simple movie and game server it is fantastic. The second I use as a desktop computer. It is wonderfully fast and can play games pretty good. It's definitely not a gaming PC but for a desktop it's perfect. It runs Windows 11 great and Linux even better. This version uses both M.2 (boot) and SSD (extra storage). I believe it upgrades to 64 Gb I choose 32 which is perfect for me.Ver másVer menos

  Possibly the best choice for the price!

  PC was easy to set up and is surprisingly powerful! I use it for gaming, and it’s perfect! Can run multiple small games at once, and is fairly quiet. Fans work very well and keep everything cool, definitely worth it considering the price.Not to mention it runs normal applications like a breeze. Would recommend this to anyone doing office work, or gaming lightly. (I haven’t tried AAA games on it, but according to a video review I watched, it’s capable of doing so with slightly lowered graphics)Ver másVer menos

  Good product plus good CS, couldn't ask for more.

  Good value-for-money product. Except for the Bluetooth driver, all is well and works as expected. Have engaged with their customer service for the Windows activation and they are very helpful, no complaint whatsoever in their handling of the request.

  it's looks good

  The overall quality of the MINI PC is quite good. Honestly, I’m a bit surprised by how well the chassis is designed. It’s been a long time since I last bought a Chinese-made PC, and this one exceeded my expectations.However, there are a few shortcomings:The product specifications on the official website are inconsistent. The main page lists the CPU as R7-6800H, but the detailed specs section says R7-5800H. The memory is also listed differently in different places — sometimes 24GB, sometimes 32GB — which can be confusing.The only real drawback with the actual unit is that the USB-C port is located on the front panel, which isn’t very convenient or aesthetically pleasing when connecting peripherals.Overall, I’m satisfied with the performance and build quality.   Lemon?

  I bought the one seen below. On my first day with it the thing turned off like you pulled the power cord 5 times in about 5 hours. It was not going to sleep. Instant off like you pulled the power. I am exchanging it. I know this can't be the norm. Finger crossed on the replacement.   powerful but extremely noisy unless you tweak the bios

  great set up and amazing specs. and room for a second ssd. i will have room in this thing for the next decade! it's super compact and the fabric cover gives it a really nice look. the selection of ports is limited but still better than a macbook. but it's loud, really loud, i mean REALLY loud. you open a chrome tab and it goes even louder, it's insane. i cant imagine how it is when you play a demanding game. fortunately you can change the fan settings in the bios. I would have returned it otherwise, by the time i finish the set up i had a headache.   Un excelente producto con un precio competitivo, fantástico para un servidor en casa para centralizar cualquier funcionalidad que puedas necesitar IoT, CCTVs, Web Apps, etc. Pequeña, ligera y silenciosa.

  Llegó en tiempo y forma.El ordenador es pequeño y eso es bueno porque se puede acomodar en cualquier escritorio, además de que no hace mucho ruido a pesar de que su ventilador está encendido la mayor parte del tiempo.Acerca de su desempeño, me sorprendió que ejecute Windows 11 de una forma bastante fluida, puedo trabajar con software de edición de imagen profesional como Corel y Photoshop sin caída en el rendimiento del equipo, y nunca se sobrecalienta.Lo recomiendo porque es un ordenador bastante potente a un precio muy accesible.Ver másVer menos

  Great for school, multimedia, or general office useage

  Note: This is for theBeelink SER5 MAX Mini PC, AMD Ryzen 7 5800H(7nm, 8C/16T) up to 4.4GHz, Mini Computer 16GB DDR4 RAM 1TB NVME SSD, Micro PC 4K@60Hz Triple Display, Mini Gaming Computer WiFi6 BT5.2 54W HTPC, W11 ProProduct came in a well packaged box with all the necessities inside.2 HDMI cables, and power adapter along with a bracket to mount it on the back of a standing monitor or to any wall or desk unit you like.Booting it and setting it up was easy, even had a little help pamphlet in the box on what to do if you had issues setting it up at a crucial point.The computer is very fast and responsive. The built in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth works flawlessly and better than I expected of the hardware. It's also surprisingly quiet and runs very cool. The whole unit apparently only take 35W to run, which it less than a lightbulb and pretty crazy to think about.I would not recommend it for any amount of gaming though besides stuff like solitaire; the built in graphics card works great for streamed content, or a blue ray plugged in via USB, but rendering 3d environments is outside it's realistic ability.Also due to the small size and wattage, I'm not sure how good it would be at charging anything, and with only 4 USB ports you might be tempted to plug in a USB port extender, but I doubt that would work well either.Would recommend getting a wireless Keyboard & Mouse combo, with a single USB dongle, and rechargeable batteries. Also, if you have Bluetooth speakers or headphones it wouldn't be a bad idea, again, given the limited amount of USB ports.If you have a display port only monitor, make sure you grab a display port cable on your way through the checkout. If your monitor has built in speakers too then the display port would likely be the better option.For those using it as a multimedia device, DP is again a much better option than HDMI .Warning: Tripe Display is a bit of a lie, it only has 1 HDMI and 1 DP connection.Overall, it's an excellent desktop for the price point, and I don't think we'll ever get over how small and quiet it is.Ver másVer menos
