Worked for a while but pan stopped workding and now just reboots constantly

*disclaimer, I am a IT professional, I know a thing or two about tech, this isn't my first rodeo with cameras, I have dealt with some of the most expensive high end cameras from manufactures like Avigilon, DVTEL, Milestone, Pelco, and Axis, just to name a few, this post is in respect of setting up camera, usage in weather, and longevity of the camera as well as tech supportThis thing claims to work outdoors, and weather proof. but heavy rains will knock it out. however once dry will start working again.. Cold cold weather, LED is very dim, and since the Kansas weather has been cold, the unit now has stopped working, as in, it reboots every so many minutes (3 to 30) and only tilt will work when it is online for the short period, pan no longer works, so this has become worthless. It does not come with a protective lampshade and I don't believe this is rated IP66 as claimed. because it shouldn't be dead in 6 months. ** update ordered a second one and it too cannot handle the rain.! this one even has a bug where the camera will track someone then instead of going back to saved home position, it will just go to were ever it wants (and yes i have rebooted the camera, i have deleted all the save points, i have removed the camera from the app, factory reset and re-added back the camera and still does the same thing) I finally had to set up a patrol for 12 hours just to keep the camera from randomly setting at some place that make no sense to cover, after the 12 hour patrol it still does not go back to home position. so i have to manually move it back, however if it picks up something during the night and tracks, it will still not return to home still goes to random position .. Manufacture support is a joke! they say they know about the issue, but did not make any statement about if they were going to fix it (ie send updated firmware) Their suggesting was to keep sending the camera back to Amazon and request a new one until i find one that works. I gave them a chance to redeem themselves before posting this.. So as much as i would like to have recommend this camera (sight bulb pro) I cannot! it will die exposed to rain, randomly goes wherever it wants to instead of the programmed home position. THIS IS YOUR WARNING.... UPDATE! 2nd sight bulb pro camera junk, only looks down now.. lens is out of focus due to water getting into the camera from rain and setting created a water spot on the inside of the lens, now you cannot see, it also burned up SD card shorted it.. ruined a 128GB Sandisk card. this is NOT IP-65 or 66 rated , also support refused to work with me on making camera work initially. they know there is a problem but they refused to address it.. SECOND WARNING ... DO NOT BUY THIS CAMERA IF you want it to stay in a certain position. it will eventually not and DO NOT BUY THIS CAMERA if you plan to put it outdoors where rain can hit it.
