I recently tried the Samyang Buldak Hot Chicken Flavor Ramen Carbonara and it completely lived up to the hype. The combination of spicy Korean ramen with the creamy carbonara flavor is absolutely delicious. The noodles are thick, chewy, and have a great texture that feels much better than regular instant noodles. The sauce is rich, creamy, cheesy, and still has that signature Buldak heat that spice lovers enjoy.What I really liked is how flavorful each bite is. One of my favorite noodles
These noodles are seriously so good. I’ve tried a lot of ramen brands, but the thickness and chewiness of these noodles really make them stand out. The noodles have a unique texture that feels way more satisfying than regular instant ramen and they hold the sauce really well.The spice level is definitely strong, but the flavor is what keeps me buying them. It has that sweet and spicy combination that’s super addictive without just tasting hot for no reason. I usually add extras like cheese, eggs, or sausage and it turns into one of my favorite comfort meals.They’re also really easy to make and the noodles stay thick and chewy instead of getting mushy. SPICY, but I can’t stop, won’t stop
I can handle spice, but something about this is too SPICY!! I can’t stop eating it though! The noodles are absolute perfection. I was thinking it was going to be a typical top ramen noodle, but these are thicker. I got the spicy carbonara.. and the flavor it perfect, I might do less off the sauce next time, but this is for sure my new go toVer másVer menos

Yummy Cheesiness
So I am a Buldak junkie, and this is one of my favorites. The cheese powder helps make these creamy and delicious. As with all Buldak noodles, if you are not used to them I would try the bare minimum of the chili sauce and go from there. It is potent, but so good. :-) If you want to cut the heat, try adding some cream cheese and/or Velveeta since it melts well. Add just the right amount of water so you get a creamy, cheesy bowl of deliciousness. The noodles are nice and chewy. With the Carbonara it seems to be just the right amount of noodles for one person. Give them a try!Ver másVer menos

Perfect Balance
delicious and amazing!! always buy this flavor. it’s even better with some cheese and kewpie mayo. very spicy, but after awhile, it becomes more manageable.
