Rich and moisturizing, makes skin velvety
I was hunting for an oil with hyaluronic acid, jojoba, and sea buckthorn (all ingredients mentioned by a face fitness person I really like and follow) both for gua sha and as an occlusive, and saw the good reviews for this oil. I check all skincare and makeup for pore-clogging ingredients before I purchase, and this one is A-OK on that front.I ADORE this oil! From first use, it felt luxurious on my face, although im not sure I would call it heavy. It’s an oil and I suppose it’s greasy (because, oil), but my skin absorbs it pretty well and the product doesn’t just sit on top of my skin. It doesn’t have much of a scent at all. I use it on a clean face for gua sha, and it has enough slip. I use it as an occlusive over other products at night, and my face feels velvety and soft and moisturized in the morning. I don’t know that it’s softening lines per se, but it’s definitely making my skin look and feel better. Some days I go with a serum, then moisturizing sunscreen and then this on top, and my light makeup goes on great and my skin feels lovely.Price is pretty good for such a great and versatile product.
