This is a good deal, for the price
The phone not only meets expectations it exceeds them. The phone looks and feels like brand new. Inserted T-Mobile SIM card, booted and made first call. Inserted 256 GB memory card and the phone immediately recognized it. Hard to beat the price point. Very satisfied.Ver másVer menos

Like new in box. Came with wireless charger.
Battery was 85% during initial start, no scratches on the screen or cover. Phone is like new with one previous owner marked on label. This phone was for my son who just cracked his old Samsung screen. Three years ago I paid almost $1k for the same phone so this refurbished phone was a good deal.Ver másVer menos

Second one
I got two of these. One had a hairline crack across the screen. I decided to replace it and the 2nd one (arrived today) took 7 hours to charge to 100 percent. That's right. Seven hours. It's also very laggy and isn't reacting the same as the other ones I had of the same identical brand and model. This is a lemon. But hey, at least the screen isn't cracked this timeVer másVer menos

We needed wi fi calling. We live in the country with trees around us.
The phone was fine but it didn't have wi fi calling which we need to call.

It looks really great. It does keep coming up to say it doesn't have a Verizon Sim installed, I have t-mobile and the phone is supposed to be unlocked for a variety of phone services. It also did not come with the wireless charger as stated in the title
