Great customer service and great item
In light of my skepticism regarding the purchase of used electronics online, I must express my utmost satisfaction with this particular transaction. ipad works great but charger does not
I have only had this for about a week, but the iPad seems to be working great. It arrived nicely packaged with no scratches or damages. A charger and cube were included, however the charger does not work. I tried the charger with another cube and it is for sure the charger. Would definitely recommend a renewed item. Did not take off any stars for the charger because I purchased an iPad not knowing if it would come with a charger.Ver másVer menos

Awesome Renewed Premium iPad. Charger not so much.
The iPad was in spectacular condition. Worthy of 5 stars. Works very well for what I intended. However, the charging cable and adapter that was supplied with the iPad was not official Apple merchandise, and it would fail after about 30 minutes of charging, requiring a disconnect and reconnect to resume charging. Amazon support required me to send the whole package back to get a new charger. No thank you--not doing that with this iPad. Purchased a separate charger from another source and it works fine.Ver másVer menos

Absolutely mint! Not a blemish anywhere on it. Works perfect. Everything loaded just like it’s supposed to. The battery seems to last forever! Way longer than my Air 2! My cord appears to be an actual apple NOS cord still wrapped around its paper. The charger is an aftermarket 2a 5v charger which I assume is just fine, but haven’t tested it and I probably won’t. If you are spending $225+ on a renewed iPad, I assume you know what chargers are good for iPads and which ones to use for flashlights and toothbrushes. I am impressed with this purchase! 10/10!Ver másVer menos

Do not buy
Absolute crap. This thing overheats constantly it cannot function with the demands of current websites and basic software such as Microsoft 365. I've turned all of my settings down to basically nothing going on in the background no background app refresh I've reduced the motion but the graphics demands especially on Amazon heat this thing up beyond belief. Do yourself a favor and remind yourself that if it's cheap it's cheap for a reason. And there's no such thing as a free lunch. Hold off, save a couple more bucks and get yourself the real thing. And if you think you're gonna browse Amazon or play games on this you're wrong. It crashes constantly. It can't handle it. And who knows how this thing was set up or who it's coming from. I'm always thinking that this thing is compromised and I never wanna make purchases on it.Ver másVer menos
